What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Hoogkerk Zorggroep wants one view across care planning, CRM, finance and HR for about one hundred and twenty people, with strict health-data governance. Lewis Kerr pitched Enterprise; no price was given and a written proposal is promised.
What happened: Lewis Kerr held a first discovery call on 21 Feb 2025 with Marieke Postma and Hendrik Wiersma. They described client data scattered across care planning software, CRM, finance and HR.
Customer view: Marieke said managers struggle to get a complete picture, and that GDPR, client privacy and health data rules make security and governance non-negotiable. Hendrik wants utilisation and capacity visibility to guide resource allocation.
Commercial: Lewis positioned Enterprise, with a twelve week implementation and security review support, built inside the customer's Snowflake. No price was quoted. Hendrik asked for it in writing before committing.
Watch: The CFO is engaged and the timeline was agreed for April. The evidence does not show a decision date or a competitor.

Transcript
- Lewis KerrMarieke, Hendrik, good afternoon. Thanks for making the time. I'm looking forward to learning about Hoogkerk.
- Marieke PostmaThanks for joining us, Lewis. We're keen to explore this.
- Lewis KerrSo from what I understand, you run home care and nursing homes across the northern provinces. Is that right?
- Hendrik WiersmaThat's correct. We've got a mix of home care teams and several facilities. It's a complex operation.
- Lewis KerrComplex, I can imagine. So where does the pain sit? What are you trying to solve?
- Marieke PostmaClient data is scattered across different systems: care planning software, our CRM, financial records, HR. Managers at different facilities have trouble getting a complete picture of clients or operations.
- Lewis KerrNo single source of truth. How many people would benefit from having that?
- Hendrik WiersmaCare coordinators, facility managers, central operations team, probably around one hundred and twenty people across the group.
- Lewis KerrOne hundred and twenty. That's a significant user base. How does that look today, how are they accessing information?
- Marieke PostmaThey log into three or four systems just to do their job. It's inefficient. And we have compliance requirements, we need to track client interactions and decisions for regulatory reasons.
- Lewis KerrRight, so compliance is important. Beyond that, what's the business case? What would better data visibility unlock?
- Hendrik WiersmaBetter decision-making, for one. And cost control. We want to understand utilisation across facilities, where we're over or under capacity. That helps with resource allocation.
- Lewis KerrUtilisation and resource planning, that makes sense. From a compliance angle, Marieke, what are we looking at?
- Marieke PostmaGDPR, client privacy, health data regulations. We handle sensitive health information, so security and data governance are non-negotiable.
- Lewis KerrUnderstood. So what we'd do: we build a unified brain connecting your care systems, CRM, finance and HR. All inside your own Snowflake, so your data stays put and compliant. You'd get search, dashboards for utilisation, compliance dashboards for audit trails, and a single source of truth. How does that sound?
- Hendrik WiersmaThat sounds like what we need. What's the next step?
- Lewis KerrSo we'd do a proper discovery with your IT and compliance teams, then a demo on your data, then a security review before we get to a contract. Proposal stage. Does April work for that timeline?
- Marieke PostmaApril should work for us. We'll need to involve IT and compliance, as you said.
- Lewis KerrGood. I'll set up a discovery session with those teams, probably in the next couple of weeks, and we'll map out your architecture. Then demo and security review, and we'll have a proposal for you by early April.
- Hendrik WiersmaThat timeline works for us. What should we expect in terms of implementation?
- Lewis KerrFor an Enterprise setup like yours, it's typically twelve weeks from contract signature. We'd handle the connectors, the brain build, security review support and full implementation. You'd be live before summer.
- Marieke PostmaAnd cost, do you have a ballpark?
- Lewis KerrI'll put a number together once we've scoped things properly in the discovery. I'll send that in the proposal in April. Fair enough?
- Hendrik WiersmaThat works. We'd want that in writing before we commit.
- Lewis KerrAbsolutely. So I'll get the discovery meeting set up with your IT and compliance teams, probably in a couple of weeks. I'll send an invite with prep materials. Anything else before we wrap?
- Marieke PostmaI think we're good. Thanks, Lewis.
- Lewis KerrCheers. I'll get that sorted and we'll speak again soon. Thanks both.
