What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr walked Grainne Lynch through the Growth proposal on 3 Jan 2025. She found the eight-week plan reasonable and the terms acceptable, and will check with Brendan on the finance side before an order form is sent.
What happened: Lewis presented the proposal covering the freight system, CRM and email, with a margin-by-route dashboard, search and chat. Grainne had the document open and raised no objections on scope or terms.
Customer view: She called eight weeks reasonable and said annual payment works. She said she would check with Brendan on the finance side before replying.
Commercial: Growth subscription of forty-four thousand a year plus twelve thousand implementation, under a standard MSA with a one-year term and auto-renew. Lewis pushed for signature by early February to be live by early April.
Watch: The decision sits with finance, and Brendan was not on this call. The order form was promised that day and is still an open item.

Transcript
- Lewis KerrHi Grainne, thanks for the time. I've got a proposal to walk you through.
- Grainne LynchGreat, yeah. I've got the document open.
- Lewis KerrRight. So the scope is what we discussed: freight system, CRM, email all connected. We build the brain in Snowflake with the margin-by-route dashboard, plus search and chat. Eight weeks implementation, live by early April.
- Grainne LynchEight weeks feels reasonable. And the cost?
- Lewis KerrSo to put a number on it, Growth tier subscription is forty-four thousand a year, plus implementation of twelve thousand. Fifty-six all-in.
- Grainne LynchAnd that's the annual price after year one?
- Lewis KerrThat's right. The forty-four is what you'd renew at each year, plus any add-ons. The twelve is one-off.
- Grainne LynchGot it. So can we talk terms? What does the contract look like?
- Lewis KerrStandard MSA, one-year term. Auto-renew unless either side gives notice. Payment in advance, you can do quarterly but annual's simpler.
- Grainne LynchAnnual works for us. What do we need to do on setup?
- Lewis KerrWe'll need read access to your freight system, CRM and email. Hannah works with your IT on permissions and handles the rest. You nominate someone from your team to be the main point of contact during implementation.
- Grainne LynchNoel's probably the right person on operations.
- Lewis KerrPerfect. So, does the proposal look good? Any questions on scope or terms?
- Grainne LynchNo, I think this is good. Let me check with Brendan on the finance side, just to make sure we're aligned, and I'll get back to you.
- Lewis KerrGood idea. Just so we keep momentum: if we can get this signed by early February, we'll kick off implementation straight away and be live by early April.
- Grainne LynchI don't see any issue with that. I'll talk to Brendan tomorrow and let you know.
- Lewis KerrPerfect. I'll send you an order form, the legal bits and commercial terms in one place. Once you're happy with it we can move to signature.
- Grainne LynchSounds good.
- Lewis KerrCheers Grainne. I'll get that over today and we'll speak next week once you've checked with Brendan. Speak soon.
