What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Orme Vallance want one place to query CRM, calls, emails and finance. Henrietta Coombe and Alexander Vallance stressed speed, audit trails and data control. A demo is pencilled for mid-December, with IT and compliance to join.
What happened: On the 21 Oct 2024 discovery call, Priya Raman recapped the problem and the customer agreed. Traders move between five systems and pull finance reports by hand.
Customer view: Henrietta wants hours turned into minutes, plus audit trails for compliance. Alexander calls it operational efficiency and says data governance is critical.
Commercial: Sixty to seventy people are in the workflow, above the 40 users Growth includes. The audit and security needs point towards Enterprise, with its 150 users and security review support.
Watch: The demo date is tentative, as Henrietta must check with others. The evidence does not show which tier or price was discussed.

Transcript
- Priya RamanHenrietta, Alexander, hi, thanks for carving out the time this morning. How's the week treating you both?
- Henrietta CoombeGood, thanks. Bit of a push with the quarter-end, but we're managing.
- Priya RamanQuarter-end, I hear you. So just to recap where we're at: you're looking at how to bring your data sources together, yeah? CRM, calls, emails, finance, so your team can ask questions in one place instead of jumping between five different systems.
- Alexander VallanceExactly right. Our traders are constantly logging in and out. Information's scattered and it's creating real bottlenecks in how we work.
- Priya RamanSo walk me through a typical day. What does that look like?
- Henrietta CoombeThey check the CRM for client history, then they need emails and call recordings to see what's been discussed, then they're pulling reports manually from finance. It's slow and it's manual.
- Priya RamanRight. How many people are in that workflow across the business?
- Henrietta CoombeAcross trading, operations and client reporting, probably sixty to seventy people.
- Alexander VallanceAnd growing as we expand the desk.
- Priya RamanGot it. So if we pulled all of that into a unified view, what's the win? What would success look like for you?
- Henrietta CoombeSpeed. We'd turn what takes hours into minutes. And we need audit trails for compliance, being able to trace decisions back to the data.
- Alexander VallanceFrom the business side, it's operational efficiency. Right now we're spending time on reconciliation instead of analysis.
- Priya RamanSo what we'd do, we build a layer on top of all your systems. Think of it as a brain. It connects to your CRM, calls, emails, finance, and you query it. All of that runs inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays put.
- Henrietta CoombeThat's what we'd want. Data governance and control are critical.
- Priya RamanAbsolutely. So next step, if you're keen, we'd do a proper demo. Mid-December, ideally. We'd build a model of your setup and show you the brain working on your actual data. How does that timing look?
- Henrietta CoombeMid-December should work. I'll need to check with a couple of other people, but that should be doable.
- Priya RamanGood. And who else needs to be involved? Your IT team, anyone from compliance?
- Alexander VallanceIT for sure. Probably compliance as well, given what we do.
- Priya RamanPerfect. Henrietta, can you get me their names and emails by end of week? I'll get them on the calendar.
- Henrietta CoombeAbsolutely, no problem.
- Priya RamanBrilliant. So to keep momentum: demo mid-December, then if that's a fit we'd move into a proposal and a security review before signatures. Sound good?
- Alexander VallanceThat's the right process for us, yes.
- Priya RamanPerfect. I'll get some prep notes over to you and we'll speak soon. Cheers.
