What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Tom Ashdown and Tobias Renwick demoed the brain live to Naomi Fordham and Danny Sargent. Danny called it massively useful; Naomi asked about accuracy, data quality and commitment. A proposal was promised for the next day.
What happened: Tom and Tobias showed cross-system questions over HubSpot, Zendesk, Microsoft 365 and Xero, plus revenue by client, dashboards and permissions.
Customer view: Danny, a front-line Account Handler, reacted strongly to the full client picture. Naomi probed accuracy, data quality, training and the commitment, and ended with thanks.
Commercial: Tom described an annual contract with an all-in year one price including implementation. No figure was given, and the proposal is the open item.
Watch: Tobias was candid that results are only as good as the source data. The evidence does not show who signs or any competitor.

Transcript
- Tom AshdownRight, Naomi, Danny, thanks for making the time. Tobias and I are going to walk you through the brain live on Pelham Rowe's data. Danny, you're an Account Handler, so you're on the front line with clients?
- Danny SargentYeah, I handle a bunch of client accounts, manage queries, keep them updated.
- Tom AshdownPerfect. You're the one who'd benefit most from having the full picture. Right, Tobias, shall we?
- Tobias RenwickYeah. So we're indexing your data from HubSpot, Zendesk, Microsoft 365, and Xero. It all stays where it is. The brain just queries it. Every morning we pull the latest refresh in, and your team can ask questions across all of it.
- Tom AshdownDanny, let me show you what this looks like. Say a client rings and you want the full story. You ask the brain: 'Show me all interactions with this client in the last six months.' Watch.
- Tom AshdownThere we go. It's pulled emails from Microsoft 365, support tickets from Zendesk, and account history from HubSpot. You've got the lot in one view. Danny, useful?
- Danny SargentMassively. We spend ages chasing that stuff down.
- Naomi FordhamCan we see revenue attached to each client?
- Tobias RenwickYeah. We can pull that from Xero and connect it to the client record in HubSpot. So you'd see clients by profitability, by renewal date, by support intensity, whatever you want.
- Tom AshdownHere's another one. You could ask: 'Which clients have had more than five support tickets in the last 30 days?' The brain spots them. Could be a renewal risk. Could be churn risk. You'd know.
- Naomi FordhamHow accurate is it?
- Tobias RenwickTo be precise, it's as accurate as your source data. If Zendesk's got tickets, if HubSpot's got client records, if Xero's tracking revenue, the brain surfaces it correctly. The honest answer is it's only as good as the data you feed it.
- Danny SargentCan I just search for a client's name and get everything?
- Tom AshdownExactly. Or something more complex. 'Show me our top ten clients by revenue and flag any with high support volume.' The brain does the join, the calculation, all of it.
- Danny SargentHow fast?
- Tom AshdownUsually two to three seconds. Even complex stuff doesn't take long.
- Naomi FordhamWhat if we've got data quality issues?
- Tobias RenwickYou'll find them. The brain will highlight gaps and inconsistencies. Often that's a good thing, it forces you to clean your data up.
- Tom AshdownYou can also build dashboards. Say you want one showing client revenue by month and support volume. You build it once, it updates every night, you just check it. No more manual reporting.
- Danny SargentDo we all see the same data?
- Tom AshdownYou can set permissions. Naomi might see profitability, Danny might just see client info and support tickets. The admin controls who sees what.
- Naomi FordhamHow do we train the team?
- Tobias RenwickWe'd do an onboarding session with your team. Show them how to ask questions, how to build dashboards, how to dig into results. Usually a few hours covers it.
- Tom AshdownSo to recap: you get a brain that answers questions across all your systems, your data stays in your account, you can set up dashboards, and we train your team to use it. Questions?
- Danny SargentWhen could we start?
- Tom AshdownOnce you sign, we'd start the setup. Few weeks to go live. No drama.
- Naomi FordhamWhat's the commitment?
- Tom AshdownAnnual contract. Year one is an all-in price with implementation. After that, annual subscription. If it's working, you renew. If not, you move on, but I reckon you'll want to stay.
- Tobias RenwickThe trade-off is you're committed upfront, but we give you full support during setup and beyond. You're not on your own.
- Tom AshdownI'll send the proposal over tomorrow. What questions have you got right now?
- Danny SargentDo we need IT to do anything?
- Tom AshdownJust read access to your systems. Very standard. Your IT team's probably done this a hundred times.
- Naomi FordhamAll right, thanks. This is really helpful.
- Tom AshdownBrilliant. I'll get the proposal over. Speak soon.
