What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo of the brain on Bayard Lane Payments' Salesforce and Zendesk snapshot. Monique Fairley said the open-ticket view was what they need and agreed to move to an order form for the Growth tier at £62k.
What happened: Jordan Pike and Hannah Lowe ran the 13 Jan 2026 demo on the customer's own Salesforce and Zendesk data. They showed plain-English search, then a partner health dashboard.
Customer view: Monique Fairley, Head of Merchant Success, said the platforms-with-open-tickets answer was exactly what they need. Javier Ortiz, the Salesforce Administrator and new to the product, asked what happens if the Salesforce connection breaks.
Commercial: Jordan proposed the Growth tier order form at £62k, and Monique agreed. That figure is the one quoted on the call, not an executed order form, so contracted price is not yet shown.
Watch: Hannah promised Salesforce and Zendesk live within two weeks and a written answer on architecture and permissions. The evidence does not show that the written answer was sent.

Transcript
- Jordan PikeHi all, thanks for joining. So today Hannah and I are going to show you what the brain looks like on your actual Salesforce and Zendesk data. Javier, this is your first time seeing this, so ask questions if anything's unclear. We've got about an hour. Hannah, you want to kick it off?
- Hannah LoweSure. So to be precise, we've pulled a snapshot of your Salesforce: accounts, contacts, opportunities, and your Zendesk tickets. The brain sits on top of that, indexing everything so you can search. Let me show you. Here's the search interface. You ask a question in plain English and you get an answer. Simple as that.
- Monique FairleyOK, so what kind of questions can I ask?
- Hannah LoweAnything about your data. 'Show me all accounts with open tickets in healthcare.' 'How many deals closed last month by product.' 'All tickets opened on my platform last week, grouped by priority.' You ask it, we answer it.
- Javier OrtizAnd that's faster than running a report in Salesforce?
- Hannah LoweMuch faster. Reports in Salesforce take time to set up. This is instant. You type the question, you get the answer in seconds.
- Jordan PikeLet me show you an example. Monique, you said one of your biggest pains is seeing when a platform's having a spike in issues. Here's how you'd answer that in the brain. 'Show me platforms with more than five open tickets right now, sorted by count.' One second, here's the answer. Four platforms with problems. Your biggest issue is here, with ten open tickets. Instead of being blind, you now know.
- Monique FairleyYeah, that's, that's exactly what we need.
- Hannah LoweAnd Javier, you can see it's pulling directly from Zendesk and Salesforce. No manual work. We're syncing nightly, so your data refreshes by 07:00 every morning.
- Javier OrtizWhat if something breaks with the Salesforce connection?
- Hannah LoweGood question. We monitor all connectors. If your Salesforce sync stops, we alert you immediately, usually within an hour. You'd get a ticket from us to investigate. It's pretty rare, but when it happens, you know fast.
- Javier OrtizOK, that's good to know.
- Jordan PikeNow, the second piece is dashboards. Once you're comfortable with search, you can build reusable dashboards. 'I want to see platform health every morning: tickets, calls, revenue all in one place.' You build that once and then it updates nightly. Let me show you an example dashboard. Here's a partner health view: open tickets by platform, revenue by platform, calls last 30 days. All updates automatically.
- Monique FairleyCan Javier build dashboards, or just admins?
- Hannah LoweAnyone on your team can. It's drag-and-drop. No SQL, no technical knowledge needed.
- Javier OrtizAnd if someone edits a dashboard, does everyone see the change?
- Hannah LoweIf you save it, yes. Or you can save a private version just for you. Most teams share them so everyone's looking at the same numbers.
- Jordan PikeSo here's the timeline: implementation starts next week. We'd have Salesforce and Zendesk live within two weeks, and you'd be asking questions immediately. Over the next few weeks, we'd bring in Gong and your finance system if you want. Full deployment is about eight weeks. Sound reasonable?
- Monique FairleyYeah, that works for us.
- Javier OrtizAny integrations we should be aware of? Things that might break?
- Hannah LoweThe short answer is: we handle all the integration. We don't modify your Salesforce or Zendesk at all. You're running it inside your own Snowflake account, so you own the data. The longer answer is: we'll walk through your architecture on the next call, confirm permissions and data refresh windows, and I'll answer any other technical questions. I'll put that in writing tomorrow.
- Javier OrtizOK, that's helpful.
- Jordan PikeGreat. So next steps: I send you the order form for the Growth tier at £62,000. You and I review it, any questions get answered, and then Javier and I jump on an onboarding kickoff next week. Sound good?
- Monique FairleyYeah, let's do it.
- Jordan PikeBrilliant. Thanks all. Cheers.
