Transcript
- Laura Penhaligon NoneHi everyone, welcome. I'm Laura, I'll be running your implementation, and Esther here is your customer success manager. So congratulations on signing, we're excited to get started. Megan, I know you'll be our main tech contact, and Rebecca you're the champion on the business side, yeah?
- Megan Statham NoneYes, that's right. I'm keen to understand the timeline and what we need to do on our end.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneRight, so we're looking at an eight-week implementation. We've sent you a technical questionnaire, that's the first thing. Megan, I'll need you and your IT team to fill that in so we understand your system landscape and where we're pulling data from.
- Megan Statham NoneHow detailed does that need to be?
- Laura Penhaligon NonePretty granular, database names, API endpoints, user credentials for read access, that kind of thing. It'll take an hour or two for IT to put together, but we need it before we can start configuring the connectors. Once we've got that, we'll schedule a technical kickoff with you and your IT team to walk through security and access.
- Rebecca Oakes NoneHow long will that meeting be?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneCouple of hours. We'll go through each connector: so your complaints system, your supplier tickets, your practice performance data, and make sure everyone's aligned on what we're pulling and how it flows. Then we'll test the connections.
- Esther Quaye NoneAnd while Laura's working through the technical side, I'll be planning the go-live and training. Rebecca, I'll want to sit down with you and understand which team members need access from day one. We'll do a training plan and build out some initial dashboards so people have something to play with when you go live.
- Rebecca Oakes NoneSo who's getting trained? Is it everyone?
- Esther Quaye NoneWe'd recommend starting with a core group: probably your admin team, the practice managers, and whoever's going to be using the dashboards day to day. We can do group training sessions and one-on-ones if needed. You've got 40 users included, so there's plenty of headroom.
- Megan Statham NoneAnd the data refresh, is that happening from day one?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneYes. Once the connectors are live, it'll refresh nightly by seven in the morning every business day. So you'll always have fresh data for your morning reports and decisions.
- Rebecca Oakes NoneWhat happens if something breaks or the data looks wrong?
- Esther Quaye NoneYou've got a one-hour response time for any critical issue. You can log a ticket in our support portal, or just email me or Laura. We'll get on it straight away. And if there's a data issue, we'll investigate and let you know what's happened.
- Megan Statham NoneJust to confirm, you're setting up the connectors, not us?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneExactly. We own the technical setup. You own the user adoption and telling us what's not working. So I'll send over the questionnaire today, if you can get that back to us by end of next week, we'll schedule the technical kickoff for the week after. Does that suit?
- Megan Statham NoneYeah, that's doable. I'll chase IT.
- Esther Quaye NonePerfect. So to recap, Megan gets the questionnaire to us, Laura and IT do the technical setup, I start planning training with Rebecca. We'll be live within eight weeks. Everyone happy?
- Rebecca Oakes NoneYeah, that sounds good. When should we start telling people about this?
- Esther Quaye NoneGood call. We can help you write an announcement. Getting people excited about the value early helps with adoption. I'll draft something and send it to you by Friday.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneAnd Megan, I'll be in touch by Thursday with the questionnaire and some documentation about the connector types so you know what to expect. Any other questions now?
- Megan Statham NoneNot from me. Thanks, Laura.
- Esther Quaye NoneBrilliant. We're excited to work with you. Next call will be with you, Rebecca and Laura once we've had the technical kickoff. Speak soon.
