What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Follow-up onboarding call on 4 Sep 2024. Liam Corner confirmed all four service accounts work. Callie Brennan set out the test refresh, go-live, the 15-user Starter limit and the handover to Marcus.
What happened: Liam reported that all four service accounts are set up and tested. Callie will test the connections, then run a small test refresh before the full refresh.
Customer view: Darren Blakey, Sales Operations Manager, asked about timeline, fresh data each morning and who his contact is after go-live. He raised no concerns.
Commercial: Callie confirmed 15 users on Starter and that more users would be a conversation with Marcus. Liam asked whether a leaver frees a licence and was told licences can be reassigned.
Watch: Callie said go-live was probably early September, a date the transcript does not tie down. Check-ins are six-monthly at Starter, so contact will be light after handover.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Callie Brennan to test the connections and send Liam Corner and Darren Blakey a report the next day.
- Callie Brennan to schedule the test refresh for mid-week and then move to the full refresh.
- Marcus to take over as contact once the brain is live.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Check-ins are only six-monthly at Starter, so problems after go-live may surface late.
- The go-live date was stated loosely and the transcript does not confirm it was met.
Opportunities

Transcript
- Callie BrennanMorning both. So where are we with the service accounts?
- Liam CornerMorning. I've got them set up, all four systems. Tested them and they're all working.
- Callie BrennanBrilliant. That's what I need to hear. So I'll take those credentials and test the connections from our end.
- Darren BlakeyMorning Callie. What's the timeline looking like now?
- Callie BrennanSo I'll test everything today and tomorrow. If that looks good, which it should, we can do the test refresh mid-week next week. Small sample pull from each system to make sure the data looks right.
- Darren BlakeyAnd that's just a check?
- Callie BrennanYeah, exactly. We pull a small amount, check it's connecting properly and the data quality is what we expect. Once I'm happy with that, we go to the full refresh.
- Liam CornerHow long's that test refresh take?
- Callie BrennanDepends on your data volume, but usually an hour or two. Then I'll review it, send you a report, and we'll do a quick call to review.
- Darren BlakeyAnd then we go live?
- Callie BrennanOnce we're happy with the test refresh, yeah. We flip the switch to the full refresh and you'll have your live data in the brain.
- Liam CornerWhat happens after that on my side? Am I done?
- Callie BrennanPretty much. You keep those service accounts and the permissions as they are. If anything changes: a system upgrade, a permission change, that sort of thing, let me or Marcus know. Otherwise, the refresh runs every night automatically.
- Darren BlakeySo we'll get fresh data every morning?
- Callie BrennanThat's right. Complete refresh by 07:00 each morning. Your team can log in and ask questions about your latest data.
- Darren BlakeyAnd how many users do we have again?
- Callie Brennan15 users on Starter. So 15 people from your team can log in and access all the connected data.
- Liam CornerWhat if someone leaves, do we lose a user license?
- Callie BrennanNo, you've got 15 licenses. You can reassign them to someone else. If you need more than 15 in the future, that's a conversation with Marcus about adding more users.
- Darren BlakeyOK. So when do you reckon we'll be live?
- Callie BrennanIf the test refresh is solid, probably end of next week, early the week after. So we're looking at live sometime in early September.
- Darren BlakeyRight. And Marcus will be my contact after that?
- Callie BrennanExactly. Marcus takes over once you're live. He'll do regular check-ins, make sure everything's working, and help your team get value from it.
- Liam CornerWhat sort of issues might come up?
- Callie BrennanUsually connector issues: a system going down, a permission expiring, that sort of thing. Sometimes data quality questions. Marcus will help sort that out. At Starter you get support included, so if anything's wrong, we're there to fix it.
- Darren BlakeyWhat's the cadence of those check-ins?
- Callie BrennanMarcus will touch base with you every six months as standard at Starter. But if there's anything urgent or you've got questions, he's available.
- Liam CornerRight. So I'll keep an eye on the service accounts, keep them working, and Marcus'll handle the rest?
- Callie BrennanThat's it exactly. We manage the brain, you manage the systems.
- Darren BlakeyOK. I think that all makes sense. Anything else we need to cover?
- Callie BrennanI'll get onto the testing straight after this call and get you a report by tomorrow. Once you've seen that, we can schedule the test refresh for mid-week.
- Darren BlakeyGreat. Thanks, Callie.
- Liam CornerThanks.
- Callie BrennanThanks both. Speak soon.
