Watch: no other attendee was present, so the evidence does not show who else would sign off.

Transcript
- Tom AshdownHi Ian, you there?
- Ian NuttallYeah, I'm here. How are you?
- Tom AshdownGood, mate, good. How's the week been treating you?
- Ian NuttallBusy as usual. Running a boatyard is never quiet, you know?
- Tom AshdownI can imagine. Right, so I'm glad you agreed to chat. I know you've got a lot on. Today I just want to understand what your operation looks like, what systems you're working with, and where you think there might be some pain points we could help with.
- Ian NuttallOkay. So we run a lot on email, honestly. We've got a CRM for client records, but a lot of project work happens in email conversations: jobs come in, we quote them, there's back and forth with the client. It's hard to keep track of everything.
- Tom AshdownRight, so the jobs and the history are spread across email and the CRM.
- Ian NuttallYeah. And sometimes clients ring up and ask where we are on their job, and we have to hunt through everything, emails, notes in the system, to give them a status.
- Tom AshdownThat's the kind of thing we see a lot. You've got the data, but it's fragmented. So if I understand, you'd like something that can pull all that together: emails, CRM, the lot, and let your team find information faster.
- Ian NuttallExactly. We need to be quicker with clients. And in our industry, you've got to be able to show that you've kept on top of things.
- Tom AshdownMakes sense. So what we do is build what we call the brain, it's basically an AI layer that sits on top of your systems and lets you search and query everything as if it's all in one place. You connect your CRM, your email, any other data you've got, and suddenly your team can ask questions like: 'Show me all correspondence with this client.' It pulls from everything.
- Ian NuttallAnd this runs... where?
- Tom AshdownIn your own Snowflake account. That's important for you lot because it means your data stays with you. We don't have access to it. The brain just indexes it and makes it searchable.
- Ian NuttallHow long does it take to get up and running?
- Tom AshdownFor a business your size, we usually do it in four weeks. We call it the Starter package. It includes the connectors: so getting your systems plugged in: training for your team, and a month's worth of support while you get comfortable with it.
- Ian NuttallAnd what's the cost?
- Tom AshdownYou're looking at £25,500 all in for the first year. That's implementation and the annual subscription.
- Ian NuttallRight. And what does that include?
- Tom AshdownYou get up to four connectors: that's probably your CRM, email, and two others if you need them. And up to fifteen users on the platform. Six-monthly check-ins with us as well. If you find you need more capacity, more connectors, we can always upgrade you later.
- Ian NuttallOkay. And next steps?
- Tom AshdownWhat I'd like to do is set up a demo: we'll run it on your kind of data, your CRM, email, that sort of thing. Take about an hour. Then you'll get a real sense of whether it's going to solve your problem.
- Ian NuttallLet's do it.
- Tom AshdownBrilliant. I'll sort out a time, probably in the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, if you can send over a bit of detail about what you're using: your systems, rough headcount, that sort of thing, that helps me prep the demo.
- Ian NuttallNo problem, will do.
- Tom AshdownCheers, Ian. Speak soon.
