What this says

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026

Kevin Lister saw a mock-up on Bellhurst's data, called it compelling and wants to put the investment and timeline to his boss. Tom Ashdown is to send a proposal covering scope, timeline and cost.

What happened: Hannah Lowe walked Kevin through a mock-up built on Bellhurst's CRM, email and sample call data, including a dashboard built live. Kevin asked about technical set-up, training, time to go live and support.

Customer view: Kevin called the demo "quite compelling" and said he was "pretty interesting" on the whole. He needs his boss to approve the investment and timeline, so he is not the final decision-maker.

Commercial: Hannah quoted four weeks to go live, which matches the Starter implementation, and a six-monthly check-in. The evidence does not show a tier or price discussed on the call.

Watch: The boss was not on the call and is not named. The proposal is an open item until the boss reviews it.

Hi Kevin, thanks for your time. Hannah's here with me, she's the person who'll be building everything for you if you decide to move forward. Hannah, this is Kevin from Bellhurst.
  2. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
Hi Kevin, great to meet you. I've looked at your setup and I've built a quick mock-up of how the brain would work with your data. I'm going to walk through it, and then hopefully you'll get a sense of how much time this could save you.
  3. Kevin Lister
    Kevin Lister
    Looking forward to it.

So the short answer is, you ask a question and you get an answer. The longer answer is that we've connected your CRM, your email, some sample call data, and it's all searchable in one place. You don't jump between systems anymore. You ask, 'what's the health of this client relationship?' and you get the answer: revenue, support tickets, recent calls, everything.
  5. Kevin Lister
    Kevin Lister
That sounds useful. How does that work technically?
  6. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
We write connectors, little bridges, from each system into Snowflake, which is your cloud data warehouse. Once it's in Snowflake, we've built an interface on top that lets your team search and ask questions. The connectors refresh every night, so the data's always current.
  7. Kevin Lister
    Kevin Lister
And everything stays in our Snowflake account?
  8. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
That's right. We build the tools, you own the data. We never see your raw data or store it anywhere else.
  9. Kevin Lister
    Kevin Lister
Okay, good. Show me how it works.
  10. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
I've got the screen shared. Can you see?
  11. Kevin Lister
    Kevin Lister
    Yes, I can.
  12. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
Right, so this is the brain. On the left is search, you type a question. On the right, you can see dashboards that you've built. Let me search for something. Say I'm looking for my largest clients by revenue this year. I just type that.
  13. Kevin Lister
    Kevin Lister
Does it actually understand what you're asking?
  14. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
It does. It's pulling together CRM data, revenue figures, and it's ranking them. So you can see the top five clients, and you can click on any of them and see everything about that relationship: calls you've had, support tickets, email conversations, everything.
  15. Kevin Lister
    Kevin Lister
    That's pretty quick.
  16. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
It is. And the cool bit is, once you've found something useful, you can turn it into a dashboard. So if you wanted your partners to see the top clients every morning, you'd build a dashboard, and it refreshes every night automatically.
  17. Kevin Lister
    Kevin Lister
How hard is that to build?
  18. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
Very straightforward. No coding required. You click around, choose which data you want to see, set a refresh schedule, and you're done. Let me show you. I'll create a new dashboard called 'Client Health'. I'm going to add top clients by revenue, then recent support tickets, then recent call transcripts. I'll set it to refresh every night. That's it.
  19. Kevin Lister
    Kevin Lister
And now people can just look at it?
  20. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
Every morning when they come in, it's updated. If they want to dig deeper on a client, they click and they see all the detail. No digging, no emails asking 'what happened with this client?'
  21. Kevin Lister
    Kevin Lister
This is quite compelling. What about training? Do we need to learn a whole system?
  22. Tom Ashdown
    Tom Ashdown
It's pretty intuitive. We do a standard onboarding, a couple of hours, and then people figure it out as they go. Most firms don't need more than that, but if you wanted a full training day, we can arrange that.
  23. Kevin Lister
    Kevin Lister
Okay. And if we go ahead, how long until we're actually using this?
  24. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
Four weeks, assuming everything goes smoothly. I'd have a technical call with someone on your team, whoever knows your CRM and how your data flows, and from that we'd scope the implementation. We'd take four weeks to connect your systems, clean your data, test it all, and get your team trained. At the end of week four, you're live.
  25. Kevin Lister
    Kevin Lister
And then what? Is there ongoing support?
  26. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
We maintain the connectors and the brain software. You've got support included in your licence, you can reach out if something's not working or if you want help with a new dashboard or a new search. We've got a check-in every six months to make sure you're getting value.
  27. Kevin Lister
    Kevin Lister
Right. I think this is pretty interesting. I'd like to talk to my boss about the investment and the timeline, and then we might want to move forward.
  28. Tom Ashdown
    Tom Ashdown
That's great. What I'll do is send you a proposal with everything we've talked about today: the scope, the timeline, the cost, and that'll give your boss something to review. And if there are any other questions, Hannah's around.
  29. Kevin Lister
    Kevin Lister
    Brilliant. Thanks both of you.
  30. Hannah Lowe
    Hannah Lowe
Thanks, Kevin. Good luck with the conversation.
