What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr and Hannah Lowe demoed a mock-up of the brain to Sara Forsberg on 29 Dec 2025. She said she was pretty convinced and needs to bring in Gustav, the CFO, before a decision.
What happened: Hannah Lowe showed a mock-up built on sample CRM, helpdesk and call data, including search and a dashboard built live. Lewis Kerr covered training and a four-week timeline.
Customer view: Sara Forsberg, Head of Operations, was keen and said she was pretty convinced. Her CFO Gustav will want the cost and the commitment.
Commercial: Lewis promised a formal proposal by end of week and a further call with Gustav. The call names no tier or price.
Watch: Hannah said Sara has premium access to her if anything goes wrong, which could be read as the Premium support add-on. The proposal should state what support is included.

Transcript
- Lewis KerrMorning Sara, thanks for making time for this. Hannah's here with me, she's the person who'll be putting everything together for you if you decide to move forward. Hannah, this is Sara from Ekholm.
- Hannah LoweHi Sara, good to meet you. I've had a look at what you told us about your setup, and I've built a quick mock-up of the brain on some of your data to show you how it actually works in practice.
- Sara ForsbergGreat, I'm keen to see it.
- Hannah LoweThe short answer is, you ask a question and you get an answer. The longer answer is that we've connected your CRM, the helpdesk, and some sample call data, and everything's searchable in one place. So if you wanted to know, say, the health of a particular project: how much time has been logged, what's been discussed in calls, what's the status in your CRM, you don't jump between three systems. You just ask.
- Sara ForsbergHow do you make that happen technically?
- Hannah LoweWe write connectors to each system: little bridges that pull data out and put it into Snowflake, which is your cloud database. Once it's in Snowflake, we've built a layer on top that lets your team search and ask questions. The connectors refresh every night, so the data's always fresh.
- Sara ForsbergAnd you're not storing our data anywhere else?
- Hannah LoweThat's right. Everything stays in your Snowflake account. We never touch the raw data. We've built tools inside your account that your team can use.
- Sara ForsbergOkay, good. So show me how it works then.
- Hannah LoweSo I've brought in some sample data from your CRM and a few call transcripts. Let me share the screen. Can you see that?
- Sara ForsbergYep, I can see it.
- Hannah LoweOkay, so this is the brain. On the left, you've got search. On the right, you've got dashboards that you can build yourself. Let me search for something. Say I want to find all the projects that went over budget this month. I just type that.
- Sara ForsbergAnd it actually understands that?
- Hannah LoweIt does. It's pulling together budget data from your CRM, time logged in the helpdesk, and it's giving you the answer. So you can see here: these three projects came in over, and here's by how much. You can click on any of them and see the detail: who was assigned, what was discussed.
- Sara ForsbergThat's quick.
- Hannah LoweIt is. And once you've found something, you can share it with your team, or turn it into a dashboard that updates every night. So if you wanted your leadership to see overbudget projects every morning, you'd build a dashboard, and it would just work.
- Sara ForsbergHow easy is it to build a dashboard?
- Hannah LoweVery easy. You don't need to code anything. You click around, choose which fields you want to see, and you're done. I can walk you through that in a minute if you like.
- Sara ForsbergYeah, I'd like that.
- Hannah LoweOkay, so I'll click 'New dashboard'. I'm going to call this 'Project Health'. I'll pick a couple of fields from what's available... so project name, status, client, actual cost, budgeted cost. I'll add a filter so it only shows projects from the last six months. And that's it, really. I can set it to refresh every night, and it's ready.
- Sara ForsbergSo my team could be looking at that first thing in the morning?
- Hannah LoweExactly. And if you wanted to dig deeper on any project, you can click through and see all the related data: calls, emails, CRM notes, everything.
- Sara ForsbergThis is interesting. How much training would my team need?
- Lewis KerrThat's a good question. So the brain is pretty intuitive, most people get it in a couple of hours. We include a standard onboarding call, and then you can use it. If you wanted more formal training, like a day on-site, that's an add-on, but we find most customers don't need it.
- Sara ForsbergRight. So one more thing, if we go ahead, how long before we're actually using this?
- Lewis KerrFour weeks is the standard timeline. Hannah and her team would come in, understand your data, make sure everything's loaded properly and clean. There'd be a couple of calls where you work through the connectors. By week four you're live.
- Sara ForsbergAnd at that point we own it?
- Hannah LoweYou own the Snowflake account and everything in it. We maintain the connectors and the brain software, you've got premium access to me if anything goes wrong, and you're refreshing your data every night. After four weeks it's just you using it.
- Sara ForsbergOkay. I think I need to loop in Gustav and we need to sit down and make a decision. But I'm pretty convinced this is the right thing for us.
- Lewis KerrThat's great to hear. So next steps, Gustav's the person who needs to be comfortable with the numbers and the terms?
- Sara ForsbergYeah, he's the CFO. So he'll want to understand the cost and what the commitment is.
- Lewis KerrUnderstood. So what I'll do is send you a formal proposal. I'll include everything you've seen here: the scope, the timeline, the cost, and that'll give Gustav something to review. We can then have another call with him to walk through any questions.
- Sara ForsbergThat sounds good.
- Lewis KerrBrilliant. And in the meantime, if you've got any technical questions, you know how to reach Hannah. She's the person who'll be owning your implementation as well.
- Sara ForsbergGreat, thanks both of you.
- Hannah LoweThanks, Sara. Happy to answer anything that comes up.
- Lewis KerrCheers. We'll get that proposal over to you by end of week.
