What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Jordan Pike walked Maria Hughes and Jennifer Holloway through a Growth proposal on 18 Sep 2026. The customer called it reasonable and the timeline workable, and legal review of the order form and MSA is the next step.
What happened: Jordan presented Growth with an eight-week implementation, eight connectors and up to forty users. He quoted sixty-two thousand for the first year, implementation and subscription together.
Customer view: Maria said it all sounded reasonable and the timeline worked. Jennifer asked whether people or data sources could be added during implementation.
Commercial: Jordan is aiming to close by end of November and go live by end of January. He told them there is no lock-in after year one, which the order form will need to state precisely.
Watch: The evidence does not show whether the order form and MSA were sent or signed. Nothing is executed yet, so this remains an open proposal.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Jordan Pike to send the order form, MSA, tech specs and data security overview.
- Maria Hughes to take the paperwork to legal and come back to Jordan.
- Jordan Pike to confirm the end of November close target once legal has responded.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Legal review of the order form and MSA is still ahead, so the close by end of November is a plan, not a commitment.
- Jordan described renewal as having no lock-in after year one, which the order form terms must match.
- The first-year price was given as one rolled-up figure, and the breakdown was promised but not shown on the call.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Jennifer asked about adding people and data sources, which points to later extra users or connectors beyond the Growth allowance.
- A training day and dashboards were discussed, which gives the CSM an adoption route for quarterly check-ins.
Transcript
- Jordan PikeHey, Maria, Jennifer, thanks for making time. So we've done the discovery, we've done the demo, and today I want to walk through the proposal: what we're building, the timeline, the investment, and what success looks like. We've got about thirty-seven minutes. Sound good?
- Maria HughesYeah, let's do it. I watched the demo notes Jennifer sent, looks pretty compelling. What's the ask?
- Jordan PikeGreat. So here's where we are. Growth tier: eight-week implementation, eight data connectors, Salesforce, call recorder, Xero, and a few others, up to forty users on your team. We're going to run it inside your Snowflake, and by week eight, your team is trained and the brain is live and answering questions.
- Maria HughesAnd the cost?
- Jordan PikeSo there's an implementation fee for the eight weeks, that's a fixed cost, and then an annual subscription. All in, the first year comes to sixty-two thousand. That's implementation plus the first year's subscription rolled together.
- Jennifer HollowayThat's in GBP, right?
- Jordan PikeYep, everything's in pounds. I can send you a detailed breakdown, but the big picture is: you're investing in eliminating the manual work you talked about in discovery. Jennifer and the team are going to get hours back every single week.
- Maria HughesOkay. What's the contract look like? Are we locked in for a year, or is there flex?
- Jordan PikeSo it's an annual contract. After the first year, we do a quarterly renewal conversation: we review how you're using the brain, we talk about adding users or connectors if you need them, and you either renew or you don't. No lock-in after year one. But in year one, yeah, it's a one-year commitment.
- Jennifer HollowayWhat about, sorry, Maria, what about if we need to add people or data sources during the eight weeks? Is that allowed?
- Jordan PikeGreat question. So the eight weeks is the fixed implementation, that's your baseline. If you want to add something during that time, we can, but it extends the timeline. Usually it's a conversation of, let's lock the scope, get it live, and then you can add more. Make sense?
- Maria HughesYeah. Who's going to be managing this on our side? Is it Jennifer?
- Jordan PikeJennifer's the champion, right? So she's our main point of contact, but we'll also have your IT people involved during the implementation: making sure the connectors are set up right, the data is secure, all of that. And once it's live, Jennifer can manage it day-to-day, but my CSM will check in every quarter to make sure you're getting value.
- Jennifer HollowayAnd we get training, right?
- Jordan PikeYep. As part of the implementation, we do a training day for your team. We walk through how to ask questions, how to build dashboards if you want to, the whole thing.
- Maria HughesOkay, that all sounds reasonable. What's the next step? Do we need legal to review the contract?
- Jordan PikeYeah, we'll send you a formal order form and the MSA, Master Service Agreement. Legal can review it, ask any questions, and once you're happy, we'll execute and get rolling.
- Jennifer HollowayWhen would implementation actually start?
- Jordan PikeSo once the order form is signed, we kick off within a week or so. But to be transparent, we're aiming to close this by end of November. That way, we can start in early December and have you live by end of January. How does that sound?
- Maria HughesThat timeline works. Let me get this in front of legal and I'll get back to you. How fast can you turn around a contract?
- Jordan PikeWe can send it to you tomorrow. It's a pretty standard agreement, so legal shouldn't need much. I'll also include the tech specs and the data security overview.
- Maria HughesGreat. I'll expect that tomorrow, then.
- Jordan PikeYou've got it. Cheers, both. Speak soon.
- Jennifer HollowayThanks, Jordan.
