Lewis Kerr presented a Growth proposal on 2025-09-05: £44k subscription plus £12k implementation, £56k for year one. Neil Bancroft saw no blockers, subject to finance sign-off. An order form was promised that day.

What happened: Lewis proposed Growth with eight connectors and the dashboard builder, over an eight-week implementation. Chris Riley and Neil Bancroft asked about support, users, upgrades and costs.

Customer view: Neil said it looked good and that he saw no blockers, though finance sign-off was needed. Chris asked whether they were ready and moved to the order form.

Commercial: This is a proposal, not executed paper. The call does not show that an order form was signed, so the price is an open item until an executed copy exists.

Watch: Neil asked about adding users or connectors mid-year, which points to later add-on or Enterprise conversations. Lewis noted they would start with five or six users against a 40-user limit.

  • The eight-week implementation timeline depends on the customer supplying API credentials promptly.

Opportunities

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026
  • Neil asked about adding users or connectors mid-year, which suggests add-on demand.
  • Growth quarterly QBRs give a route to review value and discuss Enterprise later.

Hi Chris, Neil, thanks for making time this afternoon. I've got a proposal for you.
  2. Neil Bancroft
    Neil Bancroft
Great. We've been looking forward to this.
  3. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr
Brilliant. So based on the demo and the scoping work Hannah did with you, here's what we're recommending. You're a multi-team organisation: you've got finance, operations, maybe some clinical leadership who'd benefit from better data. You want eight data connectors: patient management, billing, Xero, Salesforce, calls, email, and a couple of others we discussed. You want the dashboard builder so your teams can create their own reports. That maps to Growth.
  4. Chris Riley
    Chris Riley
Okay, Growth is the middle tier, right?
  5. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr
Yeah, Growth sits between Starter and Enterprise. Starter is one team, four connectors, basic search. Growth is several teams, eight connectors, dashboards and chat. Enterprise is company-wide with advanced security features. For you, Growth is the fit. The subscription is £44,000 per year. Then there's a one-off implementation fee of £12,000 to build the connectors, set up your Snowflake integration, and get you live. All-in, that's £56,000 for the first year.
  6. Neil Bancroft
    Neil Bancroft
And the twelve is a one-off?
  7. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr
Exactly. Year one you pay £56,000 total. Year two onwards, it's £44,000 per year for the subscription, renewable annually. You'll get a 90-day notice before renewal so you can decide whether you want to continue, upgrade to Enterprise, add users or connectors, whatever.
  8. Chris Riley
    Chris Riley
Okay. And how long is the implementation?
  9. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr
Eight weeks from signature. That includes the intake call where you provide API credentials, the build of the eight connectors, testing, training your team on the system, and go-live. We'll schedule a couple of check-in calls during that period so you're not waiting in the dark.
  10. Neil Bancroft
    Neil Bancroft
Eight weeks, when would that mean we're live?
  11. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr
If you signed in early September, you'd be live in early November.
  12. Chris Riley
    Chris Riley
And the implementation, what's involved on our side?
  13. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr
Couple of things. First, you need to provide API credentials for the eight systems. That's an IT conversation, pretty standard. Second, we'll probably want a couple of hours with you and maybe someone from your finance team to understand what dashboards and queries matter most, so we can configure the system to give you the most value. That's it, really. We manage the technical build.
  14. Neil Bancroft
    Neil Bancroft
    Fair enough. What about support?
  15. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr
Growth includes standard support. You raise a ticket, we respond within one business hour. And we include quarterly check-ins: that's a formal QBR where we review your usage, see if you're getting value, discuss any updates or changes you might want. That's included as well.
  16. Chris Riley
    Chris Riley
Good. And how many users can we have?
  17. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr
Growth includes up to forty users. Again, soft limit, you can go above it, but that's where we'd talk about expanding. You're probably starting with five or six, so you've got plenty of room to grow.
  18. Neil Bancroft
    Neil Bancroft
Okay. One question, we're a growing business. If we suddenly need more users or more connectors mid-year, can we upgrade?
  19. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr
You can. If you want extra users or extra connectors, we can add them and pro-rate the cost for the rest of your term. Or you could upgrade to Enterprise, though that's more if you've got compliance needs or need dedicated support. For growing user count, we'd just add users.
  20. Chris Riley
    Chris Riley
And who's our point of contact?
  21. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr
I'm your account owner, so commercial side and renewals is on me. We'll also assign you a Customer Success Manager who owns your adoption: making sure you're getting value, running the quarterly QBRs, coordinating any support tickets. You'll get introduced to them at the intake call.
  22. Neil Bancroft
    Neil Bancroft
That's good. Are there any other costs?
  23. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr
No hidden costs. The £56,000 is all-in for year one. If you wanted to add features down the line: extra users, extra connectors, Premium support, those would be add-ons, but they're optional. To get you going, that's the number.
  24. Chris Riley
    Chris Riley
    I think we're ready. Neil?
  25. Neil Bancroft
    Neil Bancroft
Yeah, looks good to me. We'd need to get finance sign-off, but I don't see any blockers.
  26. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr
Perfect. I'll get an order form over to you today. It'll have everything we've discussed: the Growth tier, the eight connectors, the £56,000 all-in cost, the eight-week timeline, the support terms. You review it, loop in finance, and then send it back signed. Once I've signed it and you've got an executed copy, we'll schedule the intake call and kick off the build.
  27. Chris Riley
    Chris Riley
How long do we have to review?
  28. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr
No huge rush, but ideally a couple of weeks. That way we can get you live by November as planned.
  29. Neil Bancroft
    Neil Bancroft
    We'll turn it round quickly.
  30. Lewis Kerr
    Lewis Kerr
Brilliant. Thanks very much, Chris, Neil. Really looking forward to working with you.
  31. Chris Riley
    Chris Riley
    Thanks, Lewis.
  32. Neil Bancroft
    Neil Bancroft
    Cheers.
