Second onboarding call on 7 Aug 2025. Usage is broadening beyond Karin Sjöberg, three connectors load nightly and the segment page landed well. About half the regions are uploading store feedback.

What happened: Hamza Akhtar reviewed progress. CRM, helpdesk and e-commerce reviews load nightly, and the segment page was shown on screen.

Customer view: Karin said people now ask what the brain can tell them, and she is relieved it is not only her. Linnea Holm sees more people logging in, and a helpdesk connector stop was fixed the same day after a renamed field.

Commercial: Colleagues want to build their own dashboards, with a builders group planned. A store manager training session is held for after regional uploads.

Watch: About half the regions upload store feedback, and two regional managers were sceptical. Field changes must be reported to BG-Demo to avoid further connector stops.

Next steps

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026
  • Hamza Akhtar to tidy the segment page, send the link and hold a slot for the store manager session.

  • Only about half the regions upload store feedback, and two regional managers were sceptical.
  • Customer-side field changes can stop a connector unless BG-Demo is told.

Opportunities

    Hamza Akhtar
Morning, both. Early start, I know. Thanks for making it.
  2. Karin Sjöberg
    Karin Sjöberg
Good morning, Hamza. Good morning, Linnea. How is everyone? It is a lovely morning in Stockholm, so I am in a good mood.
  3. Linnea Holm
    Linnea Holm
Morning. Fine, thanks. Coffee in hand. I've got a hard stop in a bit under an hour, if that's okay.
  4. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
That's plenty. I want to look at where we are, what's gone well, and what's still to land. Karin, do you want to start with how it feels from your side?
  5. Karin Sjöberg
    Karin Sjöberg
Yes. I think it feels good, honestly. Last month I was still explaining what the brain is. Now people are coming to me and saying, can the brain tell me this? That is a change.
  6. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
That's the best sign you can get. Who's asking?
  7. Karin Sjöberg
    Karin Sjöberg
Mostly customer service leads, and two or three of the store managers I mentioned before. And e-commerce, which surprised me. They asked about returns and complaint themes.
  8. Linnea Holm
    Linnea Holm
From the admin side, the number of people logging in has gone up a lot. I see it every Monday when I check the connector page. I was nervous at first, but it's been quiet in a good way.
  9. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
I can see the same in the usage. A lot more people active than at the start, and the questions are spread across several people rather than one. That's healthy, because it doesn't depend on a single person.
  10. Karin Sjöberg
    Karin Sjöberg
Yes, I was worried it would be only me. I am glad it is not.
  11. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Okay, so connectors. CRM, helpdesk and e-commerce reviews are all loading nightly. Linnea, anything you've noticed?
  12. Linnea Holm
    Linnea Holm
One thing. The helpdesk connector stopped for a night, I raised a ticket and it was fixed the same day. It turned out we had renamed a field. My fault, really.
  13. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Not at all, that's what the ticket route is for. It's worth telling us when you change fields, but you caught it quickly. That's the habit I wanted.
  14. Linnea Holm
    Linnea Holm
I'll add it to our change checklist. A line saying tell BG-Demo if the helpdesk fields change.
  15. Karin Sjöberg
    Karin Sjöberg
That is a good idea. We should anchor it in the process so it does not depend on memory.
  16. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Now store feedback. Where's the survey tool and the spreadsheets?
  17. Linnea Holm
    Linnea Holm
Survey tool is connected. The spreadsheets, well. The drop folder exists. About half the regions are uploading with the template, the others are, let's say, in progress.
  18. Karin Sjöberg
    Karin Sjöberg
I spoke to the regional managers. Two of them were sceptical, they thought it was extra work. I explained that the stores get something back, the segment view. After that they were more positive. I will follow up with the rest.
  19. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
That's a good approach. Maybe you can show them an example from their own region, so they see their feedback sitting next to online reviews.
  20. Karin Sjöberg
    Karin Sjöberg
Yes. What do the stores say? They say it must be useful for them first. So an example, yes. Could you prepare one, Hamza?
  21. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Of course. I'll build a small page for the two regions that are already uploading and we can use it as the show and tell.
  22. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Let me share my screen so you can see what I mean. This is the segment page. On the left the online reviews, on the right the store feedback, both tied to the same customer group from the CRM.
  23. Karin Sjöberg
    Karin Sjöberg
Oh, that is very nice. Sorry, go on. I just did not expect to see it so soon.
  24. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
No, please. You can ask the brain in plain language underneath. For example, what are customers in the family segment saying about delivery for large furniture?
  25. Linnea Holm
    Linnea Holm
That answer is interesting, the delivery damage theme. Customer service has been saying that for months, but it's the first time I've seen it next to store comments.
  26. Karin Sjöberg
    Karin Sjöberg
Yes. This is the one view we wanted. I will show this to the head of customer service. Let us think about it together before we bring it to the wider group, so we frame it well.
  27. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Makes sense. Is there anything you'd want to change about the page before it's shared more widely?
  28. Karin Sjöberg
    Karin Sjöberg
Maybe fewer words in the summary. Store managers do not read long text. And the region name higher up.
  29. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Fine, I'll do both. Linnea, single sign-on, where's that got to?
  30. Linnea Holm
    Linnea Holm
The identity team has done the setup and we tested on Tuesday with Karin and me. It worked. They want to roll it to everyone with a licence next, and I think they will do that this week.
  31. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Great. And on training, the idea was a session for the store managers. Karin, are you still thinking of that?
  32. Karin Sjöberg
    Karin Sjöberg
Yes, but I do not want to rush it. Perhaps after the regional uploads are all in, so they see their own data. A few weeks from now, I think.
  33. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
That works. I'd rather it's their data they see. I'll hold a slot in my diary and we'll agree the day nearer the time.
  34. Linnea Holm
    Linnea Holm
Can I add one thing? The dashboards. A couple of my colleagues asked if they can build their own. Is that for admins only?
  35. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
It's a permission you control. I'd give it to a small group first, so people don't create twenty versions of the same thing. I can show you where the setting is.
  36. Linnea Holm
    Linnea Holm
    Please, that would be good.
  37. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
There, it's the roles page. You add people to the builders group and that's it. I'd start with three or four, as I said.
  38. Linnea Holm
    Linnea Holm
Got it. I'll start with the customer service leads.
  39. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
So, actions. I tidy the segment page and send the link. I hold a slot for the store manager session. Linnea, builders group and the change checklist. Karin, the last regions and the head of customer service.
  40. Karin Sjöberg
    Karin Sjöberg
Yes, that is all clear. Thank you both. I think this has gone better than I expected.
  41. Linnea Holm
    Linnea Holm
    Agreed. Thanks Hamza. Speak soon.
  42. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Cheers, both. Have a good day.
  43. Karin Sjöberg
    Karin Sjöberg
    Vänliga hälsningar, Karin.
