What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Check-in on 25 Aug 2026. Active users have nearly doubled on the previous quarter and tickets are quiet. Natasha wants the commissioner quarter view from the brain and more regional leads invited, and asked for a short note on data freshness.
What happened: Hollie Grieve reported that active users had nearly doubled against the previous quarter, with only a couple of how-to tickets. Natasha Pryor wants a quarter view of family contact and incidents by home for the commissioners, taken from the brain.
Customer view: Natasha said managers have stopped emailing her for numbers. She will not put a dashboard in front of the board unless she can show where each figure comes from.
Commercial: She wants a few more regional leads added, and Hollie confirmed there is headroom under the licence. A review is set for the end of next month.
Watch: Some managers asked whether numbers are live, so the freshness note matters.

Transcript
- Hollie GrieveHi Natasha, afternoon. Can you hear me okay?
- Natasha PryorAfternoon Hollie, yes. Let me start with the thing on my plate this month, if that's alright. The commissioners want a view of family contact and incidents by home for the whole quarter, and I want it from the brain, not from a spreadsheet someone's polished.
- Hollie GrieveAbsolutely, that's what it's for. Before we get into it, shall I give you a quick picture of how usage looks? I think you'll like it.
- Natasha PryorGo on.
- Hollie GrieveActive users have nearly doubled compared with the previous quarter. Josh's first wave stuck, and the quality team and a good number of home managers are asking questions most weeks.
- Natasha PryorThat fits what I'm hearing. Managers have stopped emailing me for numbers and started going to the source. I've done this before, and that shift usually takes longer than a couple of months.
- Hollie GrieveIt's early days but it's a good sign. Tickets have been quiet too, a couple of how-to ones and nothing outstanding. Anything bothering you?
- Natasha PryorOnly one thing. A couple of managers asked whether the numbers are live. I told them they refresh overnight, but I'd like a simple line I can give them on that.
- Hollie GrieveSure. The nightly refresh finishes before seven in the morning your time on business days, and every answer shows its last refresh at the top. I can write that into a one-page note for managers if it helps.
- Natasha PryorYes please. What's the evidence trail, how fresh, who to ask. Keep it that simple.
- Hollie GrieveWill do. Now the quarter view. Josh set up the saved questions with Hamza. Has he shown you?
- Natasha PryorSome. I'd like to see it with the commissioner cut in front of me before I trust it. Can we do that in the next ten minutes?
- Hollie GrieveLet's do it. I'll share. Give me a second.
- Hollie GrieveSo this is the quarter, by home, family and commissioner contact alongside incidents. Hover over a number and you get the source records.
- Natasha PryorGood. That's what I need. I'm not putting a dashboard in front of the board unless I can show where each figure comes from.
- Hollie GrieveUnderstood. And I'd rather you didn't either. Is there anything on this view you'd want changed?
- Natasha PryorI'd like the loudest homes at the top, ranked by contact volume. We start with those anyway.
- Hollie GrieveEasy enough, I'll ask Josh to sort that for you, or you can do it yourself in a minute.
- Natasha PryorOkay. That works. Last thing, the users. We've got a licence for plenty, I want a few more of the regional leads in. Any reason not to?
- Hollie GrieveNone at all. You've got lots of headroom under the licence, and the more people ask, the better the value case gets. Just let Josh know who, and he'll invite them.
- Natasha PryorGood. I'll send him a list this week.
- Hollie GrieveGreat. I'll also put a review in the diary for the end of next month, so we catch anything while it's small.
- Natasha PryorFine. Send me the managers' note first. Thanks, Hollie.
- Hollie GrieveWill do. Thanks Natasha, speak soon.
