Transcript
- Daniel OkaforMorning, Rebecca, Ian. Thanks so much for making the time. How are you both?
- Rebecca NuttallGood morning, Daniel, Hamza. We're doing well, looking forward to getting started.
- Ian BrearleyYeah, keen to get this up and running.
- Daniel OkaforBrilliant. Right, so just to confirm where we are: you came on board on 1 June on Starter at £19,500 a year. Hamza's going to lead the implementation from our side over the next four weeks, and I'll be your CSM, so you'll see me on the check-ins and the renewal conversations. Sound good?
- Hamza AkhtarPerfect. So the implementation scope: we've got Salesforce, your invoicing system, the helpdesk, and HR data. Four connectors to begin with. Ian, I'm going to need you as the admin point of contact on your end. We'll need to get service account access set up in Salesforce, sort out the API credentials, that kind of thing.
- Ian BrearleyYeah, that's fine. I'll handle it. Might need to loop in IT for some of the requests, but essentially that's me.
- Hamza AkhtarGreat. Rebecca, you're the business champion, so you'll be the one making sure the team's ready to use it once we've got it live?
- Rebecca NuttallExactly. I'll bring everyone together and make sure they understand what they're looking at and why they should be using it.
- Hamza AkhtarGood. So here's the plan: this week I'll send you a detailed implementation runbook. In week two, Ian and I will have a call to walk through the Salesforce setup, and we'll bring in your IT colleague if we need to. By the end of week two, you should see data starting to flow. Then weeks three and four we'll bring in the other connectors, run through our testing checklist, and we'll get you trained up so when we close the project, your team can start asking questions of the brain.
- Ian BrearleyCan we add more connectors down the line if we need to?
- Hamza AkhtarAbsolutely. Starter comes with four, so that's your allocation right now, but if you want to expand later we can talk about growing to eight.
- Rebecca NuttallAnd what's the user count we're working with?
- Daniel OkaforFifteen licensed users under Starter. That should be plenty for your operations team.
- Rebecca NuttallPerfect, that covers everyone we need.
- Hamza AkhtarOne other thing to flag on the data side: nightly refresh is complete by 07:00 in the morning, business days. So if someone's asking questions first thing, they're working with yesterday's data. For payroll runs and client queries, that's usually fine, but just so it's on your radar.
- Rebecca NuttallThat's not a problem for us.
- Hamza AkhtarGreat. Okay, so from me: runbook by tomorrow, Ian you'll get a calendar invite for next Tuesday for the setup session, and Rebecca I'll copy you on a summary so you can brief the rest of the team.
- Daniel OkaforWe've got you down for a six-monthly check-in around December, and then we'll be talking renewal in June. But one step at a time, let's get the implementation bedded down first.
- Rebecca NuttallBrilliant, thanks very much. Really excited about this.
- Daniel OkaforLovely. Speak soon, cheers all.
