Transcript
- Priya RamanMorning, all. Everyone on? Great. So we've been working through this for a few weeks and I think we're in a really good place. Owen's here to talk through the final commercial terms.
- Owen TallisGood morning. Mark, Rebecca, Dan, how are you? Right, so we're looking at Starter tier for Copperlane. That's twenty-five-five all-in, implementation and first year together.
- Mark BrearleyAnd what am I getting in that price?
- Owen TallisImplementation across four weeks. We handle connector setup for your payroll system, your billing system, any other source you feed in. Training for your team. And then Starter subscription: fifteen users, four connectors, search and chat interface, six-monthly check-ins. First-year pricing at twenty-five-five after a fifteen percent discount for the early commitment.
- Rebecca NuttallWhat's the renewal look like?
- Owen TallisAt renewal, you'd be on the standard list price for Starter. As of now, that's nineteen-five a year. You'll get ninety days' notice and we'll have had a couple of check-ins by then, so you'll know exactly what you're using and what's working for you.
- Dan KitchingSo we go from twenty-five-five in year one to nineteen-five in year two. That's a jump down, not up.
- Owen TallisRight. Year one is bundled implementation plus discounted subscription. Year two onwards is just the subscription at list price. If you're using it well, you might want to expand, move to Growth, add more connectors, but the base Starter contract sits at nineteen-five annually.
- Mark BrearleyI'm okay with that. Dan, you're happy with the financials?
- Dan KitchingYeah, I'm fine. When would we need to pay that first fee?
- Priya RamanWe'd invoice you for the implementation upfront, and then the subscription gets invoiced at the start of your month one. You'd typically have thirty days to pay, so no cash flow surprises.
- Rebecca NuttallAnd what happens if we want to expand after the first year? How difficult is it to add another connector or more users?
- Owen TallisNo drama. You can add users or connectors mid-term. We'd charge for the delta and adjust your subscription at the renewal. Alternatively, if you're growing quickly, you might move to Growth tier, which is eight connectors and forty users. That's a different price point, but we'd talk about it.
- Mark BrearleyAlright. I'm ready to move ahead. What's next?
- Priya RamanBrilliant. We'll get an order form to you within two days. It locks in the price and your start date. Get it signed, send it back, and I'll hand you to Daniel. He's your CSM and you'll be off.
- Dan KitchingAnd the signed form gets us started when?
- Priya RamanOnce we have it back signed, we typically spin up implementation within a week. So if you can get it back to us by mid-May, we're looking at a start in the third week of May.
- Rebecca NuttallThat's tight but doable. We can turn it round.
- Owen TallisExcellent. Priya'll get that form to you tomorrow. Any other questions before we wrap?
- Mark BrearleyNo, I think we're sorted. Cheers, Owen, Priya.
- Priya RamanThanks all. Speak soon.
