Marcus BellHi Becky, can you hear me? I'm just sharing my screen. I wanted to cover usage, what your team's asking, and anything that's getting in your way.
Becky LawtonHi Marcus. Yes, all fine. Good timing, actually, I've just come out of a review with one of our biggest clients and it went so well. The account manager had the whole picture on one page, and the client's finance director said, and I quote, this is the first time anyone's shown us this.- Marcus BellThat's brilliant to hear. Was that one of the pages built from the brain?
- Becky LawtonYes. Tariq built it, he's been the fastest to take it up. He's basically my unofficial trainer now.
- Marcus BellGood. So I've pulled the numbers. Let me show you. Active users have gone up a lot since the start of the year. We're averaging between six and seven people a day over the last month, which is more than three times the previous quarter.
- Becky LawtonLove that. Is that all account managers, or is Leanne in there a lot?
- Marcus BellA mix. Leanne's in there for admin, but most of the questions are coming from the account managers. You're licensed for forty, so there's a lot of headroom still.
- Becky LawtonRight, we haven't rolled it out to everybody. I wanted to wait until the team had a few wins to talk about. Now they do.
- Marcus BellMakes sense. And the records are loading every day, so the data's fresh. There's one ticket in the last month, nothing urgent, and it was closed within the day.
- Becky LawtonOh, that'll be Leanne's. She said it was a how-to question.
- Marcus BellYes, it was. So that's the picture. Is there anything on your side that's not working how you'd like?
- Becky LawtonHonestly, just one thing. My team want to be able to see it by client without having to rebuild the page every time. Can we do a template, or something that's pre-filled?
- Marcus BellYou can. Pages can be copied, so Tariq's page is basically a template already. I'd suggest he duplicates it, changes the client, and that's the starting point. Shall I show him how, or Leanne?
- Becky LawtonLeanne, she'll write it down for everyone. She's good like that.
- Marcus BellOkay, I'll set up a short session with her. And I should say, I'm picking this up from Callie, who's moved on from BG-Demo, so if there's anything she told you that you think hasn't made it into the notes, just say.
- Becky LawtonOh, I'd wondered. No, the notes were great, honestly. She was really organised.
- Marcus BellGood. She left a thorough setup note, I've been through it. One thing it says is that you wanted the accounting system connected once the first three were stable. Do you still want that?
- Becky LawtonYes, I think so, but that's one for Simon, really. It's his budget, his finance team. I'll mention it.
- Marcus BellNo pressure. You've got room for eight connectors on Growth, so it's not a limit issue. It's whether it adds value for you.
- Becky LawtonUnderstood. Can we see the usage by person, by the way? Not to check up on anyone, I just want to know who needs a nudge.
- Marcus BellYes, I can send that over. It'll be in the QBR pack as well. We've got that booked for next month, I think. I'll check the diary and confirm.
