The AI

How the AI works, layer by layer

B-Glass's AI never reads everything at once. It works in layers, and every layer is shown on a page of its own, so you can drill in at any level.

  1. Every object, read on its own. Each call, email thread, support ticket, document and news item is read once, and what the AI found (what was said, the risks, the opportunities, the next steps; for a document, the dates, prices and commitments) sits on that object's own page.
  2. Rolled up by organisation and by person. From those reads, each organisation (customer, prospect or former customer) gets an assessment with a status, next steps, its story and a reading of its documents; each person at an organisation gets an insight; each member of staff a profile; each booked call a prep note. Each uses the reasoning that fits it. Start from Organisation search or People.
  3. The summaries at the top. The Summary's Executive overview and This week, the renewals, risks, actions and who needs a call, and the commentary on each Commercial page, such as the Dashboard: the accounts, the money and the people together.

Every document is also mapped by organisation and kind, and each document's page shows what was found in it and where, under As found in this document (Documents).

Figures are never the AI's: ARR, revenue, costs, cash, headcount and usage are computed in code and handed to it. Invoices, deals, payments and the ledger are not read one by one; they feed those figures. The Evidence trail follows any sentence or figure down through these layers to the source rows. The table lists every stage in order, with its model and the records it has written.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the AI from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.

BG-Demo is a fictional company: every organisation, person and figure here is invented for this demonstration. B-Glass is the tool that reads its data.
