- public_reply · Stephanie Lowes 26 Nov 2025 11:24Hi, I'm trying to set up a report that shows all incidents by home and by month. I want to build a dashboard but I'm not sure how to structure the data groupings. Is there a template I can use?
- created · Stephanie Lowes 26 Nov 2025 14:57I'm trying to create a dashboard that shows incident trends across our homes over time. I need to group data by home and then by month to see patterns. When I tried to build this, the interface seemed to reset my settings. Can you walk me through how to do this, or is there a template I can start from? Thanks, Stephanie
- public_reply · Connor Webb 26 Nov 2025 18:30Hi Stephanie, Great question. In the dashboard builder, create a chart with Home as the primary group and Date as the secondary. Start by adding a chart, set the metric to Count of Incidents, then use the grouping controls. I've sent you a link to our dashboard guide with a step-by-step walkthrough. Give it a try and let me know if you need any more help. Connor
