As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Customer accidentally deleted records and asked about restore. Connor explained sync will recover them if source data exists; offered call.
Problem: Rakesh deleted a batch of records and was unsure if recovery was possible. Handling: Connor explained the brain has no direct restore function but records will return in the next sync if they still exist in the source system. If source data is also gone, recovery is not possible. He offered a call to discuss options. Watch: Confirm whether source data exists and assist recovery if available.

- created · Rakesh Solanki 19 Jan 2026 14:56We accidentally deleted a batch of records from our sync and I'm not sure how to get them back. Is there a restore function or are they gone for good? This is quite urgent.
- Public reply · Connor Webb 19 Jan 2026 16:54I understand this is stressful. Deleted records don't have a direct restore function, but if the records are still in your source system, the next sync will pull them back in. If the source data is also gone, we can't recover them from the brain. Let's hop on a quick call to go through your options. Available tomorrow morning? Thanks, Connor
