The signed Master Services Agreement and the signed Data Processing Agreement carry the same date. The MSA matches the order form on fees, term and service levels.

Contradictions: The signed DPA says it supplements an MSA dated 26 Jun 2026, yet its signature blocks are dated 12 Jun 2026. The signed MSA is also signed 12 Jun 2026, so one of these dates needs correcting.
The Proposal v1 draft of 6 May 2026 has year 2 reviewed and invoiced each May. The executed order form has a term starting 26 Jun 2026, billed annually in advance.
The Proposal of 11 May 2026 promises a 4-hour first response for priority issues. The executed order form specifies 4 business hours for P1.
Commitments: Under the executed order form, BB-Demo owes:
- 99.5% availability
- a P1 response within 4 business hours
- a nightly refresh by 07:00 customer local time on business days
- a 5% service credit for each month of availability breach
The order form also requires implementation within 4 weeks of service start, configuring up to 4 connectors. It auto-renews for one-year terms unless notice is given at least 90 days before 25 Jun 2027.
The signed DPA binds BB-Demo to process data only on the customer's documented instructions. It also requires BB-Demo to notify sub-processor changes, and to return or delete data on termination.
Gaps: This roll-up covers all seven documents held. None of the executed documents names who signed for Moycullen Recruitment, and none lists connectors or go-live dates.
The onboarding plan gives no kick-off date, so the go-live date cannot be confirmed from the documents.
