Current to 14 Oct 26Sales thread: Lewis Kerr proposed a compressed security review and sent a proposal totalling £140k excluding VAT. Octavia Blake said the figures work, but Nicholas Fairbairn must see the security review scope before signing.
Ask: Octavia needed implementation and first-year licence figures for budget sign-off, and Lewis sent a proposal of £140k excluding VAT.
Customer view: The figures work for Fulbourn Underwriting, but signature depends on Nicholas, the Chief Operating Officer, seeing the security review scope. The proposal is an open item, not executed paper.
Next: Lewis needs to schedule the scope call. The evidence does not show a date or any signature.

- Lewis Kerr 16 Jan 2025 09:42Hi Nicholas and Octavia, Thanks for your time on the call. We've reflected on your questions around the security review and user provisioning. Given your go-live target, here's what I'd propose: we start the implementation next week and compress the security review to two weeks, which should get you live on schedule. I'll send the full proposal over today. Kind regards, Lewis
- Octavia Blake 17 Jan 2025 10:38Lewis, This sounds good to us. Can you confirm the implementation fees and the licence cost for the first year? We need those figures for our budget sign-off. Best, Octavia
- Lewis Kerr 20 Jan 2025 12:37Hi Nicholas and Octavia, Here's the proposal. The implementation and first-year licence total £140,000 excluding VAT. Full details are in the document. Let me know if you'd like to discuss anything. Kind regards, Lewis
- Octavia Blake 20 Jan 2025 15:01Lewis, Thanks for sending this through. The figures work for us. Nicholas will need to see the security review scope before we can sign. Can we schedule a call to run through that? Best, Octavia
