Tom Ashdown proposed a demo on Penmaen's own data. Cerys Llewellyn chose Thursday at 14:00 and said the questions would be about renewals and ticket trends, with the data colleague taking the last ten minutes.

Ask: Tom proposed a one-hour demo on a slice of Penmaen's own data, covering tickets, renewals and usage for one leisure operator.

Customer view: Cerys agreed quickly and set the focus on the team who will use it, not on architecture. She is bringing two team members and one data colleague.

Next: Tom confirms technical detail on access before the session and tailors the demo to renewal and ticket-trend questions.

Hi Cerys, Thanks again for the discovery chat. I've had a think about what you described, and the best next step is a demo using a slice of your own data rather than ours, so you can see tickets, renewals and usage for one of your leisure operators. Could you do Tuesday or Thursday next week? An hour should do it. It would help to know which two or three of your people will be on the call, so I can point it at the questions they'd really ask. I'll confirm any technical detail on access before the session, so you're not left guessing. Best, Tom

Hi Tom, Thursday is better for us, early afternoon, say 14:00. I'll have two of my team on the call and one person from our data side who'll want to ask about how it's set up. Let's start with the team who'll use it, so the questions will be about renewals and ticket trends, not architecture. Our data colleague can have the last ten minutes. Diolch, Cerys
