Marcus Bell asked to book the quarterly review after a usage dip. Elaine Turvey, Finance Director, asked for the usage breakdown first and said Harjit has moved on. She would decide afterwards whether a call is worthwhile.

Ask: Marcus proposed a 30 minute quarterly review. Elaine wants to see who is actually using the brain before agreeing to meet.

Customer view: She is not sure the team has picked it up since Harjit left, and says "Let's not rush." Marcus's reply came four days later and he apologised for the slow response.

Next: Marcus sends the usage breakdown, noting 25 licensed users with only a handful active in a typical month. The call depends on how Elaine reads the numbers.

Hello Elaine, I'd like to book the quarterly review for Ardenmore. I've pulled the numbers and usage has dipped over the last few months, so it would be good to go through it together and talk about how the team is using the brain day to day. - how many people are logging in - what they are asking it - anything getting in the way Shall we book 30 minutes next week? Happy to work around your diary. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thank you. I would want to understand who is actually using it before we meet. Harjit has moved on and I am not sure the team has picked it up since. Could you send the usage breakdown first? Then we can decide whether a call is worthwhile. Let's not rush. Elaine Turvey

Hi Elaine, Fair point, and sorry for the slow reply. I'll send the usage breakdown over separately today so you have it in front of you. In short, we have 25 licensed users and only a handful are active in a typical month. I'd still like to get a call in so we can look at what would make it more useful for the team, but I'm happy to wait until you've seen the numbers. Thanks, Marcus
