Marcus Bell summarises usage by a small client-relationship group, no tickets and 15 licensed users. Finance Director Elaine Turvey asks again for names and frequency of use and wants to look nearer the renewal.

Ask: Marcus sets out usage, support and connector status, and proposes a search session and a look at other potential users.

Customer view: Elaine says her question is the same as ever, who is actually using it, and wants names and frequency before anything wider. She says not to rush.

Next: Marcus owes her the usage detail.

Hi all, Thanks for making time today. I've pulled the numbers and wanted to put the main points in writing so we all have the same notes. - Usage: the brain is being used by a small group in the client-relationship team, mostly for scheme and member look-ups before client meetings. You have 15 licensed users, so there is plenty of room if other teams want to come on. - Support: no tickets raised in the last month, and nothing outstanding on our side. - Connectors: Sukhvinder has kept the existing sources running without any trouble, thank you. Two things I'd like to do before the next check-in. First, a short session with Sukhvinder on getting more from search, and second, a look at which other people in the business might use it. Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thank you for the note. Helpful, and useful to have in writing. My question is the same as ever: who is actually using it? I would like to see names and frequency before we talk about anything wider. Harjit may have a view on whether the wider team would want it. Let's not rush. Please send the usage detail when you have it and we can look at it together nearer the renewal. Elaine Turvey
