It reflects what Tom and you agreed, and the deal value of £25,500 is stated on the first page. If anything reads differently from your understanding, tell me and I'll correct it before you sign. We are aiming to close on 16 Aug 2023, but there's no need to rush it if you want to read it through again. Best, Nell

I would like to review how the team is using it after the first few months, so that we can justify the spend to the board. Elaine Turvey
