Hamza Akhtar asked Sana Rahman for slots for the next onboarding session, noting only one or two people log in against 40 licensed users. Mainly scheduling; no customer response in the thread.

Ask: Hamza wants to agree which people in university partnerships and resident services are added first, and which sources to connect next.

Customer view: there is no customer response in this thread.

Next: low adoption against the Growth plan is the risk, and widening users is the opportunity. Hamza to fix a session with Sana.

Hi Sana, Thanks for your time on the last onboarding call. I wanted to get the next session in the diary while the connector work is fresh. From what I can see, only one or two people at Hartside are logging in so far, and the plan covers 40 licensed users. I would like to use the next session to agree who in university partnerships and resident services should be added first, and to go through the sources you want connected next. Could you suggest a couple of slots over the next week or so, ideally with someone from each team joining you? An hour should be enough. If it is easier, I can send over a few options from my side. Many thanks, Hamza Hamza Akhtar Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
