What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr summarises a Growth proposal at £57k excluding VAT. James Whitworth, the CFO, replies that nothing is agreed and asks for the draft order form in writing before treating the figure as settled.
Ask: James wants the draft order form with the proposal, and a statement of what the total covers and what it does not.
Customer view: He states that nothing has been agreed and that the signed version is what Hartside will pay against. He is content to work towards 27 Mar 2026.
Next: Lewis must send the proposal and draft order form. The £57k is a proposal figure, not executed paper.

- Lewis Kerr 1 Dec 2025 16:30Hello Bethany, hello James, Thank you both for your time on the discovery call. To put a number on it, the proposal we discussed is for the Growth tier, with a total deal value of £57,000, quoted exclusive of VAT. I will send the detailed proposal over today so you can see how that is built up. As I understood it, the aim is for the university partnerships and resident services teams to see each university's nomination agreements, tickets and invoices together. If I have misunderstood anything, please tell me. Our working target is to have this settled by Friday 27 Mar 2026, but that is a planning date, not a deadline. Kind regards, Lewis
- James Whitworth 2 Dec 2025 17:31Lewis, Thank you for the summary. For clarity, nothing has been agreed on our side, and I would not want the figure of £57,000 treated as settled until I have seen it in writing. Please send the draft order form with the proposal, and tell me what the total covers and what it does not. Once it is signed, that is the version we will pay against, and not before. Bethany will take you through the operational detail. I will review the paperwork with her, and I am content to work towards 27 Mar 2026 on that basis. James Whitworth
