Marcus Bell proposed a check-in citing healthy usage and no tickets. Kelly Swainston agreed, said the team use the returns view most, and wants to look at how returns tickets are pulled together.

Ask: Marcus asked for 30 minutes to review the numbers and hear what Kelly wants before the autumn peak.

Customer view: Kelly is positive and says the returns view is used most, as she hoped. She wants help pulling returns tickets together before monthly service reviews for a couple of brands.

Next: Marcus to send the invite for Tuesday or Wednesday morning.

Hi Kelly, I've pulled the numbers for Thackwray and usage is looking healthy: more of your client managers are in the brain each week, and there have been no tickets from your team lately, which is always nice to see. I'd like to book a short check-in to walk through what the numbers say and hear what you'd like more of before the autumn peak. Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Shall we book 30 minutes early next week? Let me know a day that works and I'll send the invite. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Thanks for this, good to hear the numbers are moving the right way. The team are using the returns view most, which is what I hoped for. Tuesday or Wednesday morning works for me. I'm preparing the monthly service reviews for a couple of brands at the moment, so it would be useful to take a look at how we pull the returns tickets together before I walk in to those. Send over the invite and I'll make sure the call is in the diary. Thanks, Kelly
