Current to 14 Oct 26Laura Penhaligon reported the order connection loading well. Josh Pearce said returns credentials were still outstanding, so the session moved to user set-up and permissions, which Laura agreed.
Ask: Laura wanted to tackle the returns connector and offered to help word the access request to IT.
Customer view: Josh said his IT colleague was away until the end of the week and asked to use the session on user set-up so client managers are invited properly.
Next: Josh brings the client manager list, up to the forty licensed users, and the returns connector waits for credentials.

- Laura Penhaligon 28 Apr 2025 16:46Hi Josh, Thanks for your time last week. The order connection is loading well and the first records are showing in the brain, so we are in good shape. For the next session I would like to tackle the returns tool. Have you had the credentials back from IT? If not, no problem, but let me know and I can help word the request so it is clear what read access we need. Could we find an hour on Wednesday or Thursday this week? Kind regards, Laura
- Josh Pearce 30 Apr 2025 12:17Hi Laura, Still no credentials for returns, I am afraid. My colleague in IT is away until the end of the week, so I would not expect anything before then. Could we use the session to check the user set-up instead? I want to make sure the client managers are invited properly before we go further. Thanks, Josh
- Laura Penhaligon 1 May 2025 09:29Morning Josh, That works. Let's use the session for the user set-up and the permissions, and we can return to the returns connector as soon as the credentials arrive. Nothing lost, it just changes the order. I will send an invite for later today. Please have the list of client managers ready, up to the forty licensed users, so we can sort the groups. Kind regards, Laura
