Current to 13 Oct 26Daniel Okafor's written recap of the quarterly review assigns owners for a measured value case, load history and a ticket check. The renewal is already open. No customer reply is in the thread.
Ask: Daniel's note of 24 Sep 2026 sets owners. Siân Pritchard is to pull together measured examples for the value case, Nikhil Rao to share load history, and Graham Tovey is owed a note on how complaint answers are traced.
Customer view: no customer response is in the thread, so how the teams feel is not shown. Daniel asked for an honest line, and he mentions a couple of support tickets, one of them urgent.
Next: Tom Ashdown sends the commercial paperwork only once Siân has had her say, so her examples gate the renewal paperwork.

- Daniel Okafor 24 Sep 2026 15:17Hello all, Thank you for your time on the quarterly review. I wanted to close the loop in writing while it is fresh, so here is how I heard it. What we covered. We looked at how the key-account, collections and complaints teams are using the brain, and Siân gave some good examples of questions that used to mean reconciling several systems by hand. Usage has picked up a little over the last few weeks after a quieter summer, and 180 licensed users remains the number on the order form. We also spoke about the renewal, which is already open, and agreed that the value case should lead. What I took away, and who owns it: - Siân: pull together two or three concrete examples of what the teams have asked and what it saved them, measured rather than estimated. That will be the core of the value case. - Nikhil: share the load history for the sources you flagged and let me know if anything has changed on your side that we should be aware of. You were clear that you would not touch production before the weekend, which is entirely sensible. - Graham: no action beyond the note I promised you on how complaint answers are traced, which I will send by the middle of next week. - Tom and me: Tom will send the commercial paperwork once Siân has had her say. I will keep the support tickets from the last few weeks in view so that nothing sits unanswered. There were a couple, one of them urgent, and I will confirm where each stands. If I have misremembered anything, please correct me. I would rather hear it now than find out later. Thank you again. How is the team finding it this week? I would value an honest line from any of you. Best wishes, Daniel
