Daniel Okafor and Siân Pritchard agreed a Thursday morning QBR. Siân said the teams find the brain useful and wants the review to show its worth from the record, not impressions. She asked for Graham and Nikhil to be invited.

Ask: Daniel proposed an hour for the next quarterly review and offered a usage summary across the 180 licensed users. Siân chose Thursday morning and asked for Graham Tovey and Nikhil Rao to be invited.

Customer view: key accounts and collections are asking much the same questions, which she called one customer, one view. She wants value measured before it is claimed.

Next: Daniel will send the invitation and a draft agenda by the end of the week, with a value section limited to what the records evidence.

Hello Siân, I hope the week is treating you well. Just to close the loop on our last conversation, I'd like to get the next quarterly review in the diary while the quarter is still fresh for everyone. Would a session of about an hour work for you next week? I'm flexible, but Tuesday or Thursday morning would suit me best. If it helps, I can bring a short summary of how the teams are using the brain across the 180 licensed users, and you could tell me where you'd like us to dig deeper. How is the team finding it at the moment? I'd value your view before I put the agenda together. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. Thursday morning is better for me, Tuesday is already full with the complaints review. The teams are finding it useful. Key accounts and collections are asking much the same questions now, which is exactly what I wanted: one customer, one view. I'd like the review to show what that is actually worth, but let's measure it before we claim it, so I'd rather we looked at what the record says than argued from impressions. Could you also invite Graham and Nikhil? Graham will want the headline and Nikhil will want to talk about the loads. Diolch, Siân

Hello Siân, That's very helpful, thank you. Thursday morning it is. I'll send the invitation to you, Graham and Nikhil tomorrow and I'll come back to you by the end of the week with a draft agenda, so you can tell me if anything is missing. I'll make sure the value section sticks to what we can evidence from the records. Best wishes, Daniel
