Hi Siân, Thank you for your time on Monday, and please pass my thanks to Nikhil as well. Here are my notes, so we are working from the same record. What we covered: - Usage. Active users have eased over the last quarter, against 180 licensed users. You were clear that you want to understand why before drawing conclusions, and I agree. I will break it down by team so we can see whether it is one group or a general drift. - Platform. Nikhil explained the source that had stopped loading and the change behind it. He is happy that it is now sorted on the Brimscombe side, and Olivia in our support team is following it through to a clean nightly refresh. - Value. You would like a measured case for what the brain does for key accounts, collections and complaints, rather than anecdotes. We agreed to pick one or two questions each team asks most often and measure those. - Contract. The current term runs to 9 Jan 2027. I will come back to you well ahead of that to talk through renewal, so there are no surprises on either side. What I will do: - Send the usage breakdown by team, by the end of next week. - Suggest a short session with the team leads, to see how they use the brain day to day. How is the team finding it, in their own words? What I have from you: names of the team leads you would like in that session.
