It has been a little while since we sat down properly and I would like to hear how the key-account, collections and complaints teams are finding the brain at the moment. I will bring Nikhil, as he can speak to the platform side. I would also like to spend some of the time on what the data is actually worth to the teams, because I would rather we measured it before we claim it.
