Current to 13 Oct 26Rachel Dunmore sent Mandy Gasson invoice INV-154-0006, net £30k and gross £36k, due 28 Jan 2026. It was unpaid and not overdue when sent. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Rachel asked Mandy to confirm the PO number to quote and that the invoice reached the right payables contact. Both are routine billing checks.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the evidence does not show whether the invoice was paid or queried.
Next: Rachel to reissue with a PO reference if one is needed.

- Rachel Dunmore 29 Dec 2025 17:12Dear Mandy, Please find attached invoice INV-154-0006, issued today, 29 Dec 2025, for Brimscombe Energy. For your records: - Net amount: £30,125 - VAT: £6,025 - Gross amount: £36,150 - Due date: 28 Jan 2026 The invoice is currently unpaid and not yet overdue. I am writing now rather than nearer the due date because the holiday period means invoices sometimes sit in a shared mailbox until the new year, and I would rather it reached the right person in good time. Could you confirm the PO number your team needs quoted on it? If one is required and it is missing from the attached copy, let me know and I will reissue it with the correct reference. Please also confirm the invoice has gone to the right payables contact. If anything in the figures does not match what you expect, send me the detail and I will check it against our records. I will take the amounts from the ledger as they stand. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager
