Tom Ashdown sent the Enterprise renewal order form (180 licensed users). Graham Tovey has no concerns on commercial terms but has not signed: his team is still reviewing and he wants an update on a high priority support ticket first.

Ask: Tom hoped to close on 19 Dec 2025 and quoted a total order form value of £120k and a contracted annual subscription of £115k, pointing Graham to the order form itself.

Customer view: commercial terms accepted, two items open: his team's review and the ticket status.

Next: Graham asked for Daniel to write to him directly with a short ticket summary ahead of 9 Jan 2026.

Morning Graham, The renewal order form for Brimscombe Energy is ready for your signature. It covers the Enterprise subscription and the 180 licensed users, and carries on from the current contract, which ends on 9 Jan 2026. On the money: the total value of the order form is £120,500. The contracted annual subscription is £115,000. I would rather you take the final figures from the order form itself than from my email, so please check it against what we discussed and shout if anything looks off. I will confirm anything you want clarified. We have it pencilled in to close on Friday 19 December 2025, which would leave a comfortable gap before the contract end. No drama if it takes a little longer, but let me know so I can keep the paperwork tidy on my side. Leave the rest with me. Best, Tom Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo

Tom, Thank you for the order form, and apologies that it was not back to you by Friday 19 December 2025. I have read it and have no concerns on the commercial terms. Two things remain on my side. My team need to complete their own review, which I expect to be quick. I am also told a support ticket was raised as high priority recently, and I would like to know where it stands before I sign. Please ask Daniel to write to me directly with a short summary. I will come back to you in good time ahead of 9 Jan 2026. Graham Tovey
