What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Daniel Okafor asked Siân Pritchard for a pre-renewal check-in. She was positive about collections and complaints teams sharing one customer view, but wants usage by team and by asker measured before Graham sees a renewal case.
Ask: Daniel proposed an hour on how teams use the brain. Siân offered Wednesday morning or Thursday at 14:00 and asked for usage by team and who is asking the questions.
Customer view: she is pleased with the one customer, one view result, but will not take a claim to Graham until she is sure of the numbers.
Next: Daniel to pick a slot and prepare the usage breakdown.

- Daniel Okafor 24 Oct 2025 17:39Hello Siân, I hope the week has treated you well. I would like to get a check-in in the diary over the next fortnight, as the renewal conversation is coming up and I would rather we looked at things together first. What I have in mind is an hour with you, going through how the teams are using the brain: who is asking the questions, what has grown, and what you would like to see more of. Usage is up on last quarter, which is good to see, and I would like your view on what is behind it. How is the team finding it at the moment? Anything you would like me to bring, such as a particular team's activity, just say. Could you let me know two or three slots that suit you? Best wishes, Daniel
- Siân Pritchard 27 Oct 2025 13:41Hello Daniel, Thank you for this. Good timing. This week the collections and complaints teams have both been asking the brain about the same business customers, which is exactly what we hoped for: one customer, one view. I can do Wednesday morning or Thursday at 14:00 in the next fortnight. Either works, so choose whichever suits you better. For the session, please bring usage broken down by team, and who is asking the questions. I would like to measure it before we claim anything, particularly as Graham will want a clear case when the renewal comes to him. I will not take it to him until I am sure of the numbers. Diolch, Siân
