Brimscombe Energy: your Enterprise renewal

Dear Graham, Thank you for your time on the calls this year. I wanted to write ahead of the formal notice so that nothing about the renewal comes as a surprise. Your Enterprise subscription runs to 9 Jan 2026. It is currently contracted at £115,000 a year, covering 180 licensed users. We have opened the renewal on our side and are aiming to have it agreed by 19 Dec 2025, which leaves a comfortable gap before the contract end. The team's use of the brain has grown over the last quarter, and I would like the renewal conversation to start from that, rather than from a price list. Tom will bring the commercial proposal and I will bring the usage picture, so you and Siân can see what the key-account, collections and complaints teams are getting from it. Could you let me know who else on your side you would like involved? Just to close the loop, I will keep Siân informed as well. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thank you for telling me early. That is what I want from a supplier. Two things. First, what does the customer see from this? I need the usage picture to speak to complaint handling and how it holds up with Ofgem, not just logins. Second, I will not take the renewal further without Siân's view, so please go through it with her first and then come to me with the headline. Send the proposal to me once she has seen it.
