What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Scheduling thread: Daniel Okafor asked for a check-in slot. Siân Pritchard offered a Tuesday or Thursday, cautioned against reading August usage as a trend because of leave, and asked for a view of the most-asked questions.
Ask: Daniel wants most of the time on how the key account, collections and complaints teams use the brain. Siân asked him to bring a simple view of which questions were asked most.
Customer view: she accepts the check-in but wants the record reviewed once everyone is back, not an August reading. She prefers Tuesday so the complaints team can hear it first hand.
Next: Daniel to confirm Tuesday morning and prepare the questions view.

- Daniel Okafor 21 Aug 2025 10:43Hello Siân, I hope you have had a decent summer so far and managed to get some time away. I wanted to get our next check-in into the diary before September fills up for everyone. I would like to spend most of the time on how the teams are finding the brain: what the key account, collections and complaints people have been asking it lately, and whether there is anything getting in their way. I know the holidays always change the pattern of use a little, so it would be good to look at that together rather than read too much into it. Could you let me know a couple of slots in the next week or two that suit you? An hour should be plenty, and I am happy to work around your calendar. Just to close the loop, if there is anyone new on your side who would like to join, do bring them along. Best wishes, Daniel
- Siân Pritchard 22 Aug 2025 12:38Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. Yes, a check-in would be useful. You are right about August: several people have been on leave, so I would not read the numbers as a trend yet. What does the record say once everyone is back? That is the thing I would like us to look at. I can do Tuesday or Thursday of the week after next, either in the morning. Tuesday is better for me because the complaints team will be in the same room and I would like them to hear it first hand. Could you also bring a simple view of which questions have been asked most across the teams? I would rather we had that in front of us than relied on anyone's memory. Diolch, Siân
