Siân Pritchard agreed on 27 Jun 2025 to a Thursday quarterly review. She wants usage by team and measured time saved before any claims, and must speak to Graham before discussing money on the renewal.

Ask: Daniel Okafor proposed an hour covering usage, what teams ask the brain and the renewal date of 9 Jan 2026.

Customer view: Siân reported the complaints team asking about repeat contacts more than expected. She wants value measured before it is claimed, and will not discuss money until she has spoken to Graham.

Next: Daniel is to send the invitation, bringing usage by team. The evidence does not show Graham's role or the renewal outcome.

Hello Siân, I hope the week is treating you well. Thank you again for your time on our last call; it was good to hear how the key account, collections and complaints teams are working from the same view of each customer now. Just to close the loop, we should get your quarterly review in the diary. My suggestion is an hour in the next couple of weeks, with the usage picture first, then what the teams have been asking the brain, and then a look ahead to the renewal date of 9 Jan 2026 so nothing about it comes as a surprise to either of us. Would a Tuesday or Thursday morning suit you? It would be useful to have someone from the data platform team join for the first part, if they can spare the time. How is the team finding it at the moment? I'll come back to you by Friday with a calendar invitation once you've picked a slot. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thanks for this. This week the complaints team asked the brain more about repeat contacts than anyone expected, which is the kind of thing I'd like to put in front of you properly. Thursday morning works better for me. Please go ahead and send the invitation for the week after next. I'll ask someone from the data platform team to join for the first half. One thing for the agenda: I'd like to look at what we can actually measure about time saved before we say anything about it in the business. Let's measure it before we claim it. If you can bring usage by team, that would give me something solid to work from, and I can add the complaints figures on our side. On the renewal, I'm happy to talk it through at the review, though I'll need to speak to Graham first before we discuss anything on money. Diolch, Siân
