Current to 13 Oct 26Rachel Dunmore sent Mandy Gasson invoice INV-154-0003 on 10 Apr 2025 and asked for a PO number and the right accounts payable address. This is a billing thread with no customer response.
Ask: Rachel asked Mandy to confirm whether a PO number must be quoted and whether the invoice should go to a different accounts payable address.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the evidence does not show whether the invoice was paid or a PO was needed.
Next: Rachel would reissue the invoice with a PO number if the customer supplies one, so it does not delay the payment run.

- Rachel Dunmore 10 Apr 2025 14:06Dear Mandy, Please find attached invoice INV-154-0003, issued today, 10 Apr 2025, to Brimscombe Energy, for your records. The figures are as follows: - net amount: £28,750 - VAT: £5,750 - gross amount: £34,500 Payment is due on 10 May 2025, in line with the 30-day terms in your agreement. The invoice is currently unpaid, which is as expected at this stage. Could you confirm the PO number your team needs quoted on the invoice? If one is required and it is missing, please send it across and I will reissue the invoice with it on, so it does not delay your payment run. Please also let me know if the invoice should go to a different address in your accounts payable team and I will update our records. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore, Finance Manager
