What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Mainly scheduling: Siân Pritchard picks a Tuesday 10:00 slot for the proposal walk-through and asks for the head of complaints and a collections colleague to join. Tom Ashdown agrees and asks about Graham.
Ask: Siân chose Tuesday at 10:00 and wants a single business customer shown end to end, with sites, contracts, calls and bills together.
Customer view: engaged and constructive. She wants the questions to come from the people who would use the brain, and the commercial part kept clear and separate so she can explain it to Graham.
Next: Tom sends the invite and builds the session. The thread does not show whether Graham was invited.

- Tom Ashdown 24 Oct 2024 09:43Hi Siân, Hope your week's been a decent one so far. Thanks again for the time on the call, it was really useful to hear how the key accounts, collections and complaints teams each work day to day. Let's get something in the diary to take you through the proposal properly. I'd rather do it live than have you wading through a document on your own, and it gives you a chance to pull in whoever you'd like from the teams who would actually be asking the brain questions. Would Tuesday or Wednesday next week suit? An hour should do it, and mornings are best from my side. Leave the invite with me once you've picked a slot. Cheers, Tom
- Siân Pritchard 24 Oct 2024 10:30Hi Tom, Thanks for this. Tuesday morning works best for me, Wednesday is taken up with our complaints review. Ten o'clock, so 10:00, would be ideal if you can do it. I'd like the head of complaints and a colleague from collections to join, so the questions come from the people who would use it rather than from me relaying them. Could you make sure the walk-through shows what each team would see for a single business customer: their sites, contracts, calls and bills together? One customer, one view is what I need to be able to show. I'll also want to be able to explain to Graham what is in the proposal in plain terms, so please keep the commercial part clear and separate. Diolch, Siân
- Tom Ashdown 24 Oct 2024 11:25Hi Siân, Tuesday at 10:00 is fine, no drama. I'll send the invite this afternoon and ask for it to be held for the full hour. I'll build the session around one business customer end to end, so your teams can see the sites, contracts, calls and bills sitting together, and I'll keep the commercial section as its own part so it's easy to take to Graham afterwards. Do you want Graham on the invite as well, or would you rather brief him yourself once we've been through it? Happy either way. Cheers, Tom
