We are running an online webinar on Thursday 19 Sep 2024 and I would like you to have the invitation from me rather than from a mailing list. The session is about what happens when a business's customer-facing teams work from the same facts: sites, contracts, calls and bills in one place, rather than four systems and a lot of copying between them. We will show it working on realistic data and say plainly where it helps and where it does not. I know from your side of the business that complaint handling and collections are where the cost of disagreement between systems shows up, so that is where we will spend our time.
