Marcus Bell offered a hands-on training session to the Teesside team. Gary Liddle chose Thursday at 10:00 and will bring two colleagues, one of whom has barely logged in. Scheduling thread with a positive adoption signal.

Ask: Marcus proposed an hour on the customer's own data, covering chat questions and a combined view of collections, tickets, calls and invoices. Gary accepted, preferring Thursday because Tuesday clashes with route reviews.

Customer view: Gary says the thing the team is asked about most is missed collections alongside recent calls. One of the two colleagues has barely logged in, so a walkthrough from scratch would help her.

Next: Marcus sends the invite and covers that missed-collections view in the session.

Hi Gary, Thanks for your time on the call. Good to hear the team in Teesside are getting real use out of the brain, and I'd like to put a proper training session in the diary while that momentum is there. Here's what I had in mind: - A hands-on session on your own data, so you see a customer's collections, missed-collection tickets, calls and invoices in one place - How to ask better questions in chat, with a few examples from your own accounts - Time at the end for anything your team wants to raise I'd suggest around an hour, and happy to jump on a call beforehand if you want to shape the agenda. Would a morning next week suit, say Tuesday or Thursday at 10:00? If it helps, you could bring a couple of colleagues. We have licences for up to 40 users, so there's plenty of room. Let me know what works and I'll send the invite. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Thanks for this, sounds good. Thursday at 10:00 is better for us, Tuesday is a bit tight with the route reviews. I'll bring two of the other account managers from the Teesside patch. One of them has barely logged in yet, so a walkthrough from scratch would help her. If you could cover how to pull up a customer's missed collections alongside their recent calls, that's the thing we get asked about most. I'll book a room on our side. Send the invite over whenever suits. Cheers, Gary
