Marcus Bell proposed a quarterly review. Nicola Brearley said account managers are asking for the brain more, chose Wednesday at 10:00, and wants to prepare for the renewal conversation with Andrew.

Customer view: Nicola reports rising use, including one account manager seeing missed collections, calls and open invoices in one go, which saved a lot of chasing.

Ask: she wants the agenda to cover which depots are asked about most, and what is needed before the renewal, as nothing is committed without Andrew.

Next: Marcus should confirm the 10:00 slot and prepare a value case for Andrew.

Hi Nicola, Thanks for making the time on the call earlier. I've pulled the numbers ahead of your next quarterly review and the picture is a good one: more of your account managers are using the brain week on week than last quarter, and nothing has been raised with support in the last month. I'd like to book the review so we can look at that properly and agree what you want from the next quarter. What I'd like to cover: - how the account managers are using the collections, tickets and invoices view - which questions are being asked most, and by whom - anything you'd like changed before the contract end in April I'd suggest a session of under an hour, either early next week or the following Wednesday morning. Happy to jump on a call whenever suits, or I can come to you in Wakefield if you'd rather do it in person. Do either of those work? Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Good to hear, and thanks for pulling that together. The account managers are certainly asking for it more, which is what I hoped for. Last week one of the team used it to see a customer's missed collections, their calls and their open invoices in one go before ringing them back, and that saved a lot of chasing. Wednesday morning works better for me. Early next week is already full of depot reviews. Can we say 10:00? If that's tight for you, anything before lunch is fine. Two things I'd like on the agenda: - which depots the account managers are asking about most - what we need in place before the renewal conversation with Andrew, as nothing gets committed without him Thanks, Nicola
