What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Marcus Bell sends call notes: usage is up, no open tickets, invoices current. Nicola Brearley confirms them, wants a usage report for Andrew tied to complaints, and asks for the next check-in soon.
Ask: Nicola wants a report showing which questions relate to complaints and missed collections, and a view by depot and round. If the brain cannot split it that way, she wants to know the fix and owner.
Customer view: She confirms the notes are accurate and wants the usage report to land well with Andrew.
Next: Nicola will come back with names of other teams, and Marcus owes the report.

- Marcus Bell 12 Aug 2025 17:56Hi Nicola, Thanks for your time today. Here are my notes from the call, so we both have the same picture. What we covered: - Usage is up clearly on the previous quarter, and it is the account managers driving it. You said they now open the brain first when a customer rings about a missed collection. - No support tickets have come through recently, and nothing is outstanding on our side. - Invoices are all up to date, so nothing to chase there. What we agreed: - I will send you a short usage report you can share with Andrew, showing who is asking questions and what about. - You will think about which other teams could use the brain. There is room on the 40 licensed users, so there is no pressure on numbers. - We will get another check-in in the diary for a few weeks' time. If I've got anything wrong or missed something, tell me and I'll correct it. Thanks, Marcus
- Nicola Brearley 13 Aug 2025 12:48Hi Marcus, Thanks for the notes, they match what I remember. Three things from me: - Please do send the usage report. Andrew will want to see it from the customer's side, so if you can show which questions relate to complaints and missed collections, that will land best. - I'd like a view of which depot, which round gets asked about most. If the brain can't split it that way yet, tell me what's the fix and who owns it. - On the other teams, I'll have a word with a couple of colleagues this week and come back to you with names. One small thing: I'd rather not leave a long gap before we speak again, so let's keep the next check-in to the sooner end of what you suggested. Thanks, Nicola
