Current to 13 Oct 26Laura Penhaligon plans the finance connector session and notes forty licences assigned but few logins. Imran Hussain confirms routing records match source, arranges accounting access, and chooses to hold the account managers back until finance is loaded and tested.
Ask: Laura wanted a read-only accounting login, a finance contact, and a decision on opening the brain to account managers. Imran supplied the login route and will act as the filter to his finance team.
Customer view: He wants no one to see half a picture, so wider use waits. He also asked how many connectors remain after finance.
Next: BG-Demo should answer the connector count and keep the rollout on track.

- Laura Penhaligon 9 May 2025 17:53Hi Imran, Thanks for the site list, and for flagging the ones you weren't sure about. That made the last session much easier than it might have been. For the next one I'd like to bring the finance connector in and check that invoices line up with the right customer record. I'd also like to look again at the routing data after the overnight refresh, to confirm the missed-collection records are arriving where we expect them. Could you have a read-only login for the accounting system ready, and let me know who on your finance team can answer questions if the invoice references look odd? I don't need them on the call, just a name I can ask you about. Also, a quick check: all forty licences are assigned in principle, but only a handful of people have logged in so far. Are you planning to open it up to the account managers after this session, or would you prefer to wait until the finance data is in? Have a good weekend. Best, Laura
- Imran Hussain 9 May 2025 19:47Hi Laura, Replying from home, so this is shorter than I'd like. Since the last session I've removed the test records I created and re-run the routing load. The missed-collection records are arriving, and I've checked a few against the source by hand. They match. I'd still like to see them after another overnight refresh before I call it done. The read-only login for the accounting system is sorted. I'll send the details through the usual secure route, not by email. For questions on invoice references, ask me and I'll go to the finance team. They are busy at month end, so I'd rather be the filter. On the licences, I'd wait. I don't want account managers opening the brain and finding half a picture. Once finance is loading and I've tested it, I'll switch the wider group on. How many connectors have we got left after finance, by the way? I'd like to know before anyone asks me for another source. Imran
