Hamza Akhtar reported the client list mapping agreed and first loads running, with only Kofi Asamoah logging in out of 40 licensed users on Growth. Kofi agreed to a January session and to bringing account managers in.

Ask: Hamza wants a session on the invoice source in the first week of January, then account managers brought in early in the new year.

Customer view: Kofi agreed Tuesday or Wednesday morning and asked for the invoice field list beforehand. He expects the account managers to take to it once they see their own clients.

Next: Kofi will check the load on his return and flag anything that has dropped out.

Hi Kofi, Hope the run up to Christmas is not too hectic at your end. A quick note on where we have got to and when to pick it up again. From our last call, the client list mapping is agreed and the first loads are running. What remains is the second source, the invoice data, and then opening things up to the wider group of users. You have 40 licensed users on the Growth plan, and at the moment it is really only you logging in, so I would like to get the account managers in early in the new year. Would the first week of January suit for a session on the invoice source? I can offer a couple of mornings. If you are away until later in the month, just say and I will plan around it. Have a good break. Thanks, Hamza

Hi Hamza, Thanks, that matches my understanding of where we are. I'm off until the new year, back on the Monday, so the first week of January is fine. Tuesday or Wednesday morning would be best, as Monday will be catch-up. Could you send me the list of fields you need from the invoice source before then? I'd rather check what is available in the leasing system over the break than guess at it on the day. I'll look at last night's load when I'm back and let you know if anything has dropped out. I'm not expecting problems, but I'd like to see it for myself. Agreed on getting the account managers in. I think they will take to it more quickly once they see their own clients in there. Cheers, Kofi
