As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Harvey Doyle sent the Growth tier proposal at £62k including implementation. Richard Staniforth will take it to the partners' meeting, will not sign before they agree, and wants a one-page cost per partner summary.
Ask: Richard wants a plain one-page answer on cost per partner and how they would use it, agreed with Fiona. He also asked what happens if partners start with only a few client teams.
Customer view: the proposal is read but not endorsed. The proposal remains an open item, not a signed order.
Next: Harvey is working towards a decision by 13 Nov 2026, a date the customer sets.

- Harvey Doyle 10 Sep 2026 15:27Dear Fiona and Richard, I've now taken over the account from Sophie, and I'm sending the proposal for the Growth tier following your demo and the technical questions Shabana raised. The total value in the proposal is £62,000, which includes the one-off implementation as well as the subscription. The detail of what is in each part is set out in the document, and I'm happy to walk through it with you both. We are working towards a decision by 13 Nov 2026, but that is for you and the partners to set. What would help most from my side: is there anything the partners will need in addition to the proposal for their meeting? Kind regards, Harvey
- Richard Staniforth 11 Sep 2026 16:50Dear Harvey, Thank you for the proposal, which I have read. I will take it to the partners' meeting, and I will not be signing anything before the partners have agreed. They will want a plain answer to what it costs per partner and how they would use it, so a one-page summary written in those terms would help. Please agree its content with Fiona. I would also like to understand what happens if the partners want to start with only a few client teams. Richard Staniforth
