Ask: Nell wants Ailsa's view on why use has fallen, and asks what the brain would need to do for managers to reach for it on a Monday morning.

Customer view: none recorded. Ailsa, a Pensions Systems Administrator, has not replied in this thread.

Next: Nell offers ten minutes after the webinar. Sign-up details are said to follow in a separate invitation.

Hi Ailsa, We are running an online webinar on Thursday 19 September 2024 and I would like you to come along. I will be straight with you. From what we can see, the brain is being used by fewer people at Kelvinhaugh than a few months ago, and I would rather ask why than guess. You are the person who knows how the team actually works with it day to day, so your view matters more to me than any dashboard of ours. If the webinar is useful, good. If it is not, tell me what would be. Either way I would value ten minutes with you afterwards. What would you need the brain to do for the scheme-relationship managers to reach for it on a Monday morning? Sign-up details are in the invitation that follows this note. Best, Nell
